The 33-year-old – whose real name is Lolita Callender – “sustained gunshot wounds to her neck, face, hands and right leg” in the horrific attack on Saturday night, cops said.
Lola was shot outside her home on Texas Square, East Ruimveldt, Georgetown, at around 11.45pm, according to Guyana Police Force.
A man allegedly opened fire on the influencer as she sat in her car.
She is being treated at the Georgetown Public Hospital, “where she remains in critical condition”, the force added.
On Sunday, police confirmed that a suspect had been arrested and remains in custody, according to outlet DanceHallMag.

Lola’s brother told Sta-broek News: “I was inside at home when I hear gunshots and run out to see was what, only to see me sister lying in she car and blood, if you see blood, pouring out.”
He added: “We rushed her here…I can’t tell you where all she was shot but she was shot in like her face, her side, I don’t know where else.
“She lost a lot of blood but she is a fighter.”
Distressing CCTV footage released on Sunday shows a lone gunman pulling up on a motorbike and walking towards Lola’s white Mercedes-Benz.
He then points his gun at the driver’s window and fires several times before quickly fleeing the scene.
