LISA Riley has revealed she lost 20lbs in just 21 days on I’m A Celeb’s gruelling rice and beans diet.
The Emmerdale actress, 49, spoke with delight about her weight loss after she was evicted from the ITV show on Friday night.
Lisa celebrated her weight loss by shaking her bum as she spoke to her jungle pal, comic Ruby Wax, 72, at the JW Marriott hotel in Surfers Paradise, Australia – where friends and family are staying.
Vegetarian Lisa said: “It’s portion control. Everyone says, ‘Oh, it’s beans and rice’.
“Yes, it is beans and rice, but it’s actually what you consume.
“When you’re in there, people don’t have an idea of the lifestyle, the geography of the camp.

“It’s the activeness – like when you go up to the Bush Telegraph to talk, it’s step after step.
“When you go to a challenge, you never stop moving. It’s endless.
“It’s not just sat around a campfire having loads of giggles.
“By the time you’ve consumed the beans at night, you’ve probably burned it off.”

Lisa also spoke about her racy comments about show hosts Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly.
Earlier in the series, Lisa told campmates: “Ant’s way tastier than Dec.
“Oh God, Ant’s… he’s juicy.
“Dec would look after you, Dec would tuck you in at night.
“Whereas Ant would give you a nice night.”
She later added: “I’m a red-blooded 49-year-old woman and, yes, I do think Ant McPartlin is very juicy!”
Lisa is engaged to her long-term partner Al Benkovic.
She said: “I’m a flirt – I flirt with everybody. That’s who I am. I’m not going to stop.
“I’m a flirt, and I’m so secure in my relationship I can flirt with everybody – but I know who I go home to every night and who loves me and who I love.
“We know where our bread’s buttered. Al knows full well what he’s got in me. I’m not shy. I’m very forward-coming. I love a laugh, and I’m a flirt, yeah. Why not?”
Lisa also told how she broke strict ITV rules and paid a hotel staff member to use her phone so she could call Al.
Lisa told The Sun: “The biggest secret I kept? OK, I’ll tell you now.
“I might have paid a chambermaid 55 Australian dollars (£27) to look at her phone on day three in hiding.”
