I’M A Celeb spin-off show host Kemi Rodgers has revealed the slip-up which gave away her engagement days before her official announcement.
The ITV2 presenter, 30, made public the proposal over the weekend and showed off her stunning diamond ring in a sweet snap.
The happy relationship milestone came just three months after Kemi revealed her romance with producer Thomas Hannett in September.
Now the broadcaster and I’m A Celeb Unpacked anchor has taken to her Instagram page to address her new life chapter – and how she almost gave the game away multiple times.
In a text post written in white font on a black background, she put; “Tysm for all your lovely kind words of congratulations!
“Grinning like a Cheshire Cat – so incredibly happy!
“Also it means I don’t have to keep deleting stories where I accidentally posted my ring before telling everyone.”
I DO!
The TV & radio presenter revealed her happy news in a post shared to her Instagram on Saturday night.
Captioning a post which featured multiple snaps including ones of her showing off her ring, Kemi simply wrote: “I said yes.”
Kemi’s followers and celebrity pals rushed to the comments section to share their excitement at the news.

Capital FM host Jordan North wrote: “OMG! Congratulations guys.”
While Coronation Street actor Colson Smith added: “Congratulations Kemi!”
Kemi’s announcement comes just weeks after she revealed that her and Thomas have actually been dating for more than a year – despite them only going public with their relationship in September.
She recently told The Mirror about managing a long distance relationship while she’s working Down Under: “We’re gonna have a little bit of a holiday at the end of the show, which I’m so excited to see him.
“But the thing is, is we were actually together last year when I did the show.
“And of course, he didn’t come out for the entire run. Yeah, it’s long distance, but it’s only long distance for like a month.”
