LISA Riley reveals secret behind her incredible weight loss after dropping SIX dress sizes
The I’m A Celebrity star opened up in camp about her drastic 12 stone drop over the years.
It led her to undergo two surgeries to remove excess skin.
Speaking about having a breast uplift, she told her co-stars: “I’m now a size 16-18, but at my biggest I was a size 28.”
She added: “My absolute guilt for years and years was blindness to portion control… I’ve completely cut out nibbling.”
She went on to say: “I’m never lazy, I think it’s hereditary, I really do.”
The honest conversation caused Lisa, Ruby Wax and Alex Scott to bond about weight loss expectations and the menopause.
Previously speaking about her weight loss journey, Lisa said the devastating loss of her mum Cath to breast cancer aged 57 pushed her to overhaul her lifestyle.
She said: “I am so proud of everything I have done.
“At my funeral, the priest is not going to say, ‘Thank you for coming, Lisa Riley was fat!’. He is not going to mention my size, as it doesn’t matter.

“I love the fact I can inspire people to be healthy and make them believe that if they want to make it happen they can.
