I’M A Celeb fans have slammed the show for its “easy” trials after Jack Osbourne smashed his challenge in record time.
This isn’t the first time fans have hit out the ITV reality show over this year’s Bushtucker Trials.
Last week, fans accused the show of making the trials “easy” and “scraping the barrel” with their lacklustre ideas for the trials – and tonight was no different.
On this evening’s episode Jack took on his first solo Bushtucker Trial called Drown The Hatch.
Before heading to the trial he admitted: “I’m a little nervous about doing this alone… I have to come back with ten stars.”
The Trial was made up of eight underwater chambers; he had to dive down underwater to search for stars that was hidden in hatches.
Jack had two minutes in each chamber, and twelve stars to get in total across the eight.
As he completed the first part of the trial a shocked Ant and Dec said he had completed the chamber in an impressive 26 seconds.
Jack’s quick time at completing each section continued for all eight underwater chambers.
Along his way he was greeted by water dragons and mud crabs, as well as eels and toads.

Jack successfully collected all 12 stars in record time, and also called the trial “fun!”.
This lead to outrage from fans who slammed the Bushtucker Trial for being to “easy”.
Taking to social media to vent, one said: “Jack did well but methinks the trials are a bit too easy this year.”
Another added: “This is boring to watch cause Jack is making it look easy.”
This one chimed in: “Jack is making this look so easy!”
A fourth said: “I think the trials are way tooo easy this year! Sorry!”
But other fans commended Jack, and said: “WOW Jack, he is jungle’s own Aquaman!”
Another praised the dad-of-four: “Ph my god Jack is a machine!”
This one also said: “Smash job Jack!”
‘CHEAP TRIALS’
Fans have also accused ITV of being “cheap” with the I’m A Celebrity trials this year.
On Sunday, AngryGinge stuck his head in a plastic box filled with frogs, while the night before, Alex Scott and Shona McGarty waded through fish guts.
Before that, Eddie Kadi struggled to dive for stars in a glass tank full of water.
Following this, some fans have been saying the ITV jungle set is looking sparse and “cheap” when trials are shown on TV.
A thread on Reddit sparked the discussion, and one fan said: “Who thinks the trials seem a bit ‘cheap’, this year?
“This is without Aitch’s Doomsday Vault trial in mind.
“In the grand scheme of things, it doesn’t cost that much to hire a large tank and fill it with water and a backdrop fit for an aquarist (Eddie’s trial).
“Also – the Camp Fright trials. The first with Aitch, Ginge and Kelly was, simply put, a box for Kelly’s head, two boxes for Ginge to move creatures from and some fish eyes on a stick for Aitch.
“They usually save the slightly more ‘cheap’ trials for later in the series, once the vote offs have kicked in.”
BETTER TRIALS
Another fan recalled when ITV pulled off an incredible stunt in 2022.
Jill Scott took part in the Critty Critty Fang Fang trial, which saw her dangling off a car suspended from a huge structure built high up in the jungle canopy.
And that year Matt Hancock was seen diving into a massive pool full of unwelcome guests.
Another fan recalled the moments on Reddit and said: “Just 3 years ago they had the car in the air with Jill, the cage in the air with Babatunde, the diving in the cage thing with Matt, haunted house thing with Matt, there’s been some good ones.
“Then all the sets for the dingo dollars and those challenges.
“Like the balloons where Matt and Mike had spikes on their head, the assembly line thing where they had to make food in a factory setting, the pond where Jill and Owen had to get letters.”
