I’m A Celebrity fans have been quick to flag the conduct of Eddie Kadi, 42 – who ended up being the second star eliminated from camp – for what they deemed a brutal swipe.

It came after Ruby Wax, 72, took over camp leadership, with Emmerdale actress Lisa as her right hand woman.

She was confronted by online streamer AngryGinge, 24, who teamed up with Aitch, 25, and Jack Osbourne, 40, to fight against the new hierarchy.

He said he had a bone to pick with the soap star for her “taking the mic out of me last night when I was moving out,” before he insisted: “The welcome dances have got to go.”

He was referring to the choreography Ruby and Lisa had asked him to do – alongside Aitch’s rap – when they were installed in their new positions.

Lisa then replied: “No the welcome dances have got to stay,” before AngryGinge said: “Well I will refuse to wash up.”

She continued: “Well the welcome dances will stay, that’s the only thing I put forward as deputy …”

Eddie then interjected: “Hold on hold on things have changed though, the regime has changed.

“You are lucky to be in that position.”

His stark comment was met with a glare from the Mandy Dingle star, who then exclaimed: “What?”

She then posed with her hands on her hips for the rest of the chat.

Fans were quick to pick up on the awkward moment and one put: “Did I mishear or did Eddie say to Lisa she shouldn’t be deputy anyway or words to that effect?

“She looked very hurt by what he said.”

Another wrote: “Yes I thought it was quite nasty what he said to her.”

FAREWELL EDDIE

During Sunday’s episode, Eddie was the second to be eliminated in the series.

He was voted out above Vogue Williams, who was also up for eviction.

Fans took to social media to share their shock at the eviction, with some saying Vogue should’ve gone home instead.

One person wrote: “So shocked about Eddie leaving, I thought he’d stay for longer.”

A second penned: “EDDIE??????? HOW”

After leaving the camp, the comedian sat down with Ant and Dec and reflected on his time on the show.

Eddie said: “I feel like I’ve been in there for a year. It’s literally changed my life.

“Coming from Congo right – and we have a massive rainforest that I’ve never visited – I feel like I’ve had a taste of how my great grandparents and my grandparents would’ve grown up.

“It explains why they were so humble, and how they handled the bare minimum.”

He went on: “They made the best out of life and were joyful in any situation.

“Things will never be the same now.”

The latest eviction comes after footballer Alex Scott became the first to leave I’m A Celebrity’s 2025 series.

The ex-England lioness survived 14 days in the I’m a Celebrity jungle before falling short in the public vote.

She said goodbye to the other 11 celebs and was reunited with a friend on the famous bridge, as girlfriend Jess Glynne stayed at home.
