Millie has revealed that she is currently on maternity leave, but gets £4,000 a month through Universal Credit while her partner also works.

Despite the hefty amount and the fact she put £1,000 away, she revealed she was still going to struggle.

She added: “I have only managed to save a grand out of that seven from last month, and I feel like I might need to go and get some free food.”

“Only having £1,000 in my bank feels like absolute hell, like the absolute end of the world.

“I mean, why would you work full-time when you can get free money and free food by going to the food bank?”

Millie has been open about her Universal Credit payments, and receives £4,000 a month, equating to £48,000 a year and it’s left many viewers unhappy.

The video soon went viral on her TikTok account @millie.2103 and people were quick to take to the comments and share their thoughts.
