A CONFIDENT woman insists she looks better in her late 60s than she did in her 30s – plenty of sex helps her feel and look young.
Bombshell Bobbi Parker Hall, 67, is breaking stereotypes and loves showing off her bikini-ready body, rock hard abs and strong muscles.

The body building pensioner, from Oregon in the US, said on her Instagram that she wakes up every day and “makes a choice” to be as strong as she can.
Bobbi, who boasts over 130,000 Instagram followers, said: “Strong over 60 isn’t luck. It’s a choice I make every day.”
It comes after her struggles in her 50s when she would do endless cardio to shed body fat, but struggle to see much improvement.
The two things that changed her body were her food intake and adding heavy weights into her gym routine.
“You are not too late, you are not too old, you are not stuck,” she insisted.
Bobbi, who competes in bikini competitions, only ended up seeing drastic results after increasing her food intake and adding heavier weights into her gym routine.
Now, she believes she looks better now than she did when she was 30.
On her Instagram page, Bobbi said: “I spent years thinking cardio was enough. Strength training changed everything.”
She added: “Muscle training gave me stability, confidence, better posture and a metabolism that finally felt supported instead of stalled.”
But there is another key component in keeping her body in shape – good sex.
Bobbi has been married to her husband Dean over nine years – and she is “convinced” that their sexual connection has helped her age well.
In an article previously shared by the Daily Mail, Bobbi said: “I am convinced that a highly sexual connection is the undiscussed key to aging well.
“It’s so crazy to realize that at my age, I am having the best sex of my life.”
She admits to now enjoying multiple orgasms during intercourse and feeling “a deep sense of closeness and safety”.
“Sex doesn’t have to end at a certain age,” she insists.
Bobbi, who is on a mission to inspire others to follow in her footsteps, said on her social media page @modernbodiesfitess that people’s underestimation of her fired up her motivation.
Bobbi said: “I’m 67 and still building muscle. They said I couldn’t, so I did.”
She added: “It’s possible, Yes, it’s worth it. And no you’re not ‘too old’ to start.”
Bobbi pointed out why wants people to make weight training a priority.
She explained: “Muscle is not just about looks, it’s about your metabolic currency. It protects your bones, keeps your hormones balanced and fires up your metabolism.”
She insists that weight training is the “secret to staying strong, independent and vibrant” as you age.

One other shared: “I’m almost 69. I workout every day. You look amazing.”
Another added: “I’m 59 years old and it’s just great that at our age we pursue our desires, our choices. Beautiful years await us and beautiful people we will be.”
Bobbi says she has “helped thousands of women” build strength and confidence.
She admits to receiving backlash online, with people suggesting she “just wants attention” or “should cover up”.
Bobbi insisted: “I am not trying to look younger. I am not trying to persuade anyone. I’m simply continuing to care for my body as I move through life.”
“Disappearing has never been me,” she added.
