I’m 62 but everyone says I look decades younger – it’s not my 2-step skincare routine keeping wrinkles at bay though

A WOMAN in her 60s has left people stunned by her wrinkle-free appearance.

Amy, from the US, was 62 but didn’t look it one bit and she said it wasn’t because of her skincare routine.

Taking to social media, she revealed her diet was the reason she looked so good.

She said: “I’m 62 years old. Here’s what I eat in a day. Quick disclaimer, this is the extent of my skincare routine,” as she showed the Olay moisturiser she used mixed with jojoba oil.

Amy said the first thing you have to do is give up coffee as it dehydrates you and your skin.

Instead, she opted for a cup of matcha green tea before making breakfast, which consisted of half an avocado for healthy fats, a slice of gluten-free bread and a whole yellow pepper for vitamin C.

“As a rule of thumb, half of my plate is filled with vegetables, if not more, in every meal,” she explained.

For lunch, Amy had a chicken breast alongside a mixture of cooked veggies including onions, red pepper and tomatoes and mushrooms.

She added: “And for the record, tomatoes have lycopene, which is a powerful anti-aging nutrient for your skin.”

“Mushrooms have a tonne of biotin, which is also really great for your hair and skin.”

For an afternoon snack, Amy swears by some Greek yoghurt for extra protein and probiotics alongside some fruit, this time an apple, for a healthy sugar hit.

She explained that apples contain the antioxidant quercetin which reduces inflammation.

The skincare whizz finished her snack with some walnuts and sunflower seeds as they both help hydrate the body inside to out.

For dinner, she picked beef mince with sweet potato covered in taco seasoning.

Beef was a great source of iron for healthy hair, while the sweet potato was high in vitamin A, nature’s retinol, which promotes new cell growth to get rid of wrinkles.

The videos posted on her TikTok account @amysdaydreams were a hit with viewers and gained over 1 million views.

How is celery juice an anti-ageing potion?

Celery juice is packed with antioxidants like vitamin C and flavonoids, which combat free radicals that cause cellular damage and aging.

Its high water content keeps your skin hydrated and plump, reducing the appearance of wrinkles.

The anti-inflammatory compounds in celery, such as apigenin and luteolin, help reduce chronic inflammation linked to ageing.

Rich in essential nutrients like vitamin K and potassium, celery juice supports overall skin health and body functions.

Drinking celery juice regularly can complement a balanced diet and skincare routine, promoting a youthful glow from within.

People were quick to take to the comments in awe of Amy’s youthful looks.

One person wrote: “We wanna know do you have a man and kids? If you say no I believe this is why you look so young.”

Another commented: “Show us your ID!”

“Girl you got to be telling a lie. 62!?!?” penned a third.

Meanwhile a fourth said: “Literally thought you were in your 30s omg.”

“You look like you are in your 40’s!! I see no wrinkles at all,” claimed a fifth.

Someone else added: “I’ll have what she’s having if I can look like this at her age.”
