A WOMAN who is 45 but looks decades younger has revealed the secret to her flat, toned stomach.
Ally, has been pregnant seven times (five of which were sadly miscarriages), but has managed to keep a slim, toned body throughout her adulthood.

She revealed that she doesn’t take any special supplements or use fat jabs, and explained the method she swears by for a flat stomach.
Taking to TikTok, Ally (@anonymousally198) explained that she “never sits down”, and even walked “seven or eight miles a day”, whilst she was pregnant.
Because of this, Ally was able to walk straight out of the hospital in her pre-pregnancy jeans, after giving birth.
She added that as well as this, she has done intermittent fasting for her entire adulthood.

Intermittent fasting is an eating pattern where you only eat at certain times of the day, for example the 16:8 method were you fast for 16 hours in a day, and eat during an eight hour window.
This method creates a calorie deficit, and increases fat burning, so can help you to lose weight.
It may also improve insulin sensitivity, and lead to a reduction in blood sugar levels.
Ally has her first meal at 11:00 am, and her last before 8pm.
She makes sure her meals are rich in protein to keep her fuller for longer, and drinks around four cups of coffee a day.
“If I do any different than that, my stomach just doesn’t feel good”, she said.
“It’s just always been that way”.
Ally revealed that she doesn’t count calories and described herself as an “intuitive eater”.
This means she listens to her body, and feeds it when it is hungry.
“Sometimes I eat a protein fortified oatmeal, and sometimes I eat a giant steak”, she said.
3 tips to age backwards
You can’t really get younger but you can try your best to look younger.
Use sun protection
The most common cause of an ageing face is sun exposure and sun damage.
Using SPF daily is the most effective way to keep the skin looking young and care for ageing skin.
Ditch dramatic makeup
Opt for brown eyeliners and mascaras instead of black, swap matte bronzers, blushers and face powders for creamy products, and make your face glow with shimmery bronzes, pinks and gold eyeshadows.
Dress for your body shape
Many women tend to hide behind baggy, shapeless clothes as they get older.
But the secret to looking young and trendy, is to embrace the body shape you have.
Midi skirts are all the rage at the moment, offering suitable coverage for anyone who doesn’t want to show too much leg or knee. And pleated midi skirts are great if you’re looking for a versatile day to night piece.
Blazers never go out of fashion, and can instantly elevate any outfit. Just make sure the blazer length hits you at the right point.
Jeans have had a revival and there are so many different styles on the high street for you to try. If in doubt, opt for a mid-blue colour and a trusty black.
Ally eats a lot of fibre and protein-rich foods, and doesn’t limit carbohydrates.
She cooks most of her meals from scratch, and avoids processed foods as much as possible.
“If it comes in a box or a can, I’m probably not going to eat it unless it’s an emergency”, she said.
However, despite not being on a diet, Ally says that she never eats sugar, except on special occasions, such as birthdays.
In addition to her healthy diet, Ally tries to get at least eight hours sleep a night, and drinks Smart Water, which has added electrolytes in it.
She added that she doesn’t dedicate a lot of time to working out, but instead does “micro-workouts” throughout the day.
For example, she does quick planks and calf raises when she has free minutes throughout the day.
