MCDONALD’S Monopoly is back – much to the delight of the fast food chain fans.
And one woman named Emily Jade, who spent £40 on her most recent order, decided to film herself as she peeled back the ‘instant win’ stickers to see what prizes she’d won.

Customers can win up to £1,000 in cash on the spot by securing an instant win prize, while there’s also plenty of free food to win this way too – including a Big Mac or Quarter Pounder.
Taking to TikTok (@emiiyjade), Emily can be seen sitting in front of her food order as she starts peeling back the stickers to see just how she’d fair on this year’s McDonald’s Monopoly.
Starting off strong, she’s instantly bags a winner when she peels back a sticker on her fries which says she’s won a “free medium Coca Cola or milkshake,” before then going on to win herself £5 off a Wrapz phone case.
While the next two stickers provide no prizes, Emily is then on a roll, bagging £70 off Jet 2 Holidays, followed by a free McFlurry or fruit bag.
Not stopping there, she wins 15% or her next McDonald’s order and yet another free McFlurry or fruit bag.
“We’ve had so many winners!” she enthuses.
While the next few stickers come to nothing, Emily ends the game on a free single McMuffin.
“I feel like we honestly earned back so much food,” she says.
“Girl, math. Like, we literally made money back.”
Emily then works out how much money she made back – including all of the things when she scans them.
And, after spending £40 on the food order, she works out how she’s made an impressive £41.29 back in money or food.
The post has since gone viral, racking up over 349k views and several comments from social media users who were impressed with the amount of freebies Emily won.
“Good return tbf,” praised one person.
A second commented: “How come you have good Monopoly ones I didn’t win any food or drinks.
A third wrote: “‘Forget the “discounts’”, but you did get a free McMuffin, McFlurry & drink, which is quite good to be honest.”
How to play McDonald’s Monopoly 2025?
To play McDonald’s Monopoly 2025, customers need to purchase selected qualifying menu items either in-store, via McDelivery, or through the McDonald’s app.
Qualifying items include popular choices such as the McPlant, McCrispy, McSpicy, Chicken Big Mac, chicken wraps, salads, medium or large fries, soft drinks, McFlurry and various coffees.
When a qualifying item is bought, it comes with peel-able game pieces — or stickers — attached.
These are either “Instant Win” stickers, which provide an immediate prize upon peeling, or “Property Codes”, which can be scanned and collected in the McDonald’s app.
Players aim to collect sets of property codes that correspond to Monopoly properties. Completing a set can win bigger prizes.
Each game piece label contains two game pieces, doubling the chances of winning.
The game also features “Digital Peel” entries that players earn when banking property pieces, offering additional chances for digital prizes.
Only players aged 18 and over can participate.
Elsewhere, others were keen to share what they’d previously won while playing McDonald’s Monopoly.
“I got the £70 off jet 2 but l don’t even travel,” wrote one person.
“I won 3 drinks on one order,” another pointed out.
A further noted: “I won £10 yesterday have to wait 30 days.”
And one more chimed in: “I won a free MoonPig card – they’ve defo made it harder to win anything.”
