Jade admitted she did suffer from sulphur burps and revealed peppermint tea was helpful to stop them.

She also recommended manuka honey and drinking lots of water while avoiding carbonated drinks which made the side effect worse.

The Mounjaro user also suffered with fatigue while on the drug and shared how she combatted it.

She said walking helped get her energy levels up as well as drinking electrolytes and ensuring you are eating enough.

Jade recommended reducing your caffeine intake as well.

For heartburn, she suggested eating ginger, licorice supplements, chewing gum and reducing alcohol intake.
