A HOT mum has complained it’s not easy having such an attractive, youthful appearance.
Jen Ferguson, 34, who describes herself as ‘not your typical mum’, often shows off her toned figure online and has claimed that she looks and feels 20-years-old.
Like many women, Jen has admitted to feeling the pressure to look good after giving birth to her youngest son Atlas.
Since welcoming her son into the world, Jen worked hard to lose weight and tone up.
However, the content creator rolled her eyes and confessed that looking so good in your mid thirties isn’t as simple as many might think.
Posting on Instagram, the mum-of-four shared a short clip wearing a pair of blue denim shorts and a pink crop top as she confidently danced around her bedroom.

Despite feeling stuck in a body older than the age she feels, thanks to her TikTok dances, Jen then added: “TikTok keeps me fit.”
Opening up about the long road she has been on to feel confident, she admitted: “It has taken me five years of sobriety to become this version of myself, the best version I’ve ever been, mentally and physically, and these women will not take that away from me!”
And apologising to those she’d hurt in the past, she shared: “I will also admit that I have indeed judged people in the past when I was unhappy myself and/or very angry with them hurting me.
“I am incredibly regretful if I ever hurt anyone!!! I have not been that person in a long time, thanks to a ton of therapy. Therefore, I forgive these women.”
Not only this, but in another Instagram post, the mother, who has been sober for five years, uploaded snaps of her smiling on the beach whilst wearing a blue bikini.
Alongside the post, she gushed: “Sobriety makes the sun shine brighter ☀️ Happy National Recovery Month!!!
“If I can do it, you can do it!

How to reverse ageing in just 2 weeks, according to royal go-to nutritionist

LONDON -based Gabriela Peacock, who has helped the likes of Prince Harry and Princess Eugenie prepare for their weddings.
She told Fabulous: “The science is evident that we all have the power to make simple life changing alterations to better our future selves – no matter what genetic hand we might have been dealt with.
“The reality is, we all sometimes indulge in unhealthy eating habits like processed foods, smoking cigarettes, drinking too much alcohol, inhaling city pollutants, and even drinking water from plastic bottles – none of this is good for us.
“All this does is promote the ageing process, but we all have the potential to change this.”
It may be hard, but try to keep away from sugary carbohydrates, because they feed chronic inflammation, which is one of the worst enemies of reversing ageing.
Now only will you end up putting on weight if you consume them regularly, but your energy and hormonal levels will be affected and this will influence how you look and feel.
Whatever your age or state of health, it’s never too late to reverse how quickly you are ageing and embrace the energy and vigour of a younger you.

Omega-3 fatty acids, abundant in fatty fish like salmon and flaxseeds, are vital for maintaining skin elasticity and hydration.
Omega-3s act as nourishment for your skin, locking in moisture and diminishing fine lines and wrinkles.

Another added: “Absolutely beautiful.”
A third commented: “You pull it off perfectly ma’am.”
Meanwhile, someone else gushed: “Absolutely gorgeous.”
Jen shares all
Jen previously opened up to Fabulous that since she lost her baby weight, she returned to her “hot mum” status.
And while she felt beautiful carrying her baby boy, she confessed that “pregnancy isn’t for” her.
She revealed: “I’m glad I can get my Botox, get my filler, get all tight again. I’m back down in weight and living with the ‘hot mum’ name again. Now, I just have an extra kid.”
Jen has had quite a few procedures done over the years, with the first one being a boob job back in 2016.
She continued: “Before surgery, I was literally flat. It just didn’t look good and I was insecure about my chest my entire life.
“Getting a boob job was one of the things that truly gave me more confidence. It was a really good decision for me.”
People will assume I’m a bad mum without actually knowing that I’m a fantastic mum

She got her second boob job in 2019 and went from an A-Cup to a 34DDD and 36DD.
Meanwhile, she’s also not shy about getting Botox and filler, as she shared: “I get Botox on my whole face. I get it in my jaw, my forehead, my crow’s feet, that kind of stuff.
“Then, of course, I do other things like hair extensions, laser hair removal, facials… And I got surgery on my ears to make my earlobes smaller, because they were stretched out from when I have gauged ears.
“I’m totally comfortable with it because it’s each to their own. It’s my body. I’m very open and proud.”
Jennifer’s cosmetic procedure list

- Jennifer got her first boob job in 2016
- Three years later, she got her second boob job – bringing her cup size to 34 DDD and 36 DD
- Since then, she’s had Botox, filler, and laser hair removal
- She’s also had surgery to repair her earlobes
Following this, Jen revealed the downside to being so open – as she admitted she often receives judgement from people online.
The content creator opened up: “People will assume I’m a bad mum without actually knowing that I’m a fantastic mum. I put my kids before anything – all day, every day.
“I’m on social media but I’m still a normal person and I’m with my kids all day, every day. I take care of them, change diapers and everything else.
“But they assume that I’m a bad mum because of the way I look, which is bulls**t.
“People can say the meanest things, but luckily I don’t let it get to me because that’s their opinion.”
