TEMPLEGATE takes on Sunday’s racing confident of giving the bookies a bashing.
Back a horse by clicking their odds.
SAINT SAM (3.00 Huntingdon, nap)
This front-runner has some smart form for Willie Mullins, including a win and second in Grade 2 company. He could well get his own way out in front and will be hard to reel in under Harry Cobden.
NELLS SON (2.37 Kelso, nb)
He won this race 12 months ago off the same mark and tuned up with a spin over hurdles at Carlisle last time to protect his mark. Trainer Nicky Richards is in good form.
ISLE OF GOLD (1.45 Huntingdon, treble)
He signed off last season with a promising second on chase debut at Warwick and comes back with his yard in fine form.
SPECTACULARSUNRISE (3.15 Kelso, Lucky 15)
There was a lot to like about the way he won at Bangor over this trip last time and he has more to offer now going into handicaps.

GOLD CLERMONT has tumbled down the weights and has a solid record in marathons. He ran well on return and has the champ on board.
2.15 Cork
QUANTUM QUEST ran well in hot company at Cheltenham last time and likes this trip. He’ll be right there for Henry De Bromhead.
2.37 Kelso
NELLS SON (nb) won this race 12 months ago and is back from the same handicap mark. We know he likes soft ground and trainer Nicky Richards is in decent form.
2.50 Cork
Willie Mullins has won 17 of the past 20 runnings and can land the forecast with rising star MAJBOROUGH finishing ahead of last year’s winner Energumene who is 11 now.
3.00 Huntingdon
SAINT SAM (nap) can get his own way in front and take a lot of pegging back. Harry Cobden rides for Willie Mullins and can edge out last year’s winner Djelo.

SPECTACULARSUNRISE impressed with his jumping when winning at Bangor and has more to come.
