BOXING fans were left stunned by the result of Manny Pacquiao’s son’s professional boxing debut.
Emmanuel Jr followed in his legendary father’s footsteps early on Sunday morning at the Pechanga Resort Casino in Temecula, Calfornia.
Jr, who the family refer to by his nickname of Jimuel, locked horns with fellow debutant Brendan Lally.
The pressure was well and truly on Jimuel to deliver a show-stopping finish.
But he was unable to land a knockout blow as he was pushed to the absolute brink by Lally, whom he fought to a draw.
Boxing fans were quick to comment on the fight, with many questioning if Jimuel has the desire to be a world champion like his old man.
One wrote on X: “Manny should’ve told Jr to do something else besides boxing. His heart isn’t in it.”
Another said: “Pacquiao Jr is trash, zero hunger that his father had.
“All his wins are either complete robberies or against absolute bums.”
And another said: “His dad needs to tell him to fill out a job application.”

Former two-weight world champion and ‘Rocky Balboa’ star Antonio Tarver even chimed in with a similar sentiment.
He said: “This ain’t for him. Maybe he can find something safe to do.”
Viewers were blown away by the result itself, with one saying: “That’s f****n disgusting as a result. LALLY WON!!”
Another said: “Majority draw = boxing’s way of saying, ‘We’re too scared to pick a winner.’”
And another said: “Clearly lost that.”
Jimuel made his ring debut just days after becoming a father.
The 24-year-old and his girlfriend, Carolina, welcomed baby Clara into the world last week.
And proud grandad Pacquiao was over the moon at the latest addition to the family, whom he gushed over on Instagram.
Along with snaps of the little one, he wrote: “Lolo Manny and Lola Jinkee with our first grandchild. God is so good!”
