HELEN Flanagan has branded Christmas without her three kids “unnatural” and admitted she hates co-parenting.
It came just a day after the actress, 35, documented the “ups and downs” of her festive period following her her huge row with her ex Scott Sinclair, 36.
Helen split from her ex-fiancé in 2022 after 13 years together yet their bad feeling reached new heights this month when she branded the footballer a “piece of s**t” as he lived it up in Abu Dhabi, rather than attending their son’s nativity play.
The couple share and co-parent their three children Matilda, 10, Delilah, seven, and Charlie, four, and the former Coronation Street star has spoken candidly about their parenting arrangements.
In a new TikTok video, Helen was seen having a thoughtful moment while snuggled up in bed.
Helen donned heart-print pyjamas and brushed her blonde hair into a fuss-free up do.
She perched her head on her hand before she blew a kiss to the camera.
While Helen didn’t say anything in the short clip, she accompanied it with Mariah Carey track All I Want For Christmas Is You and the caption: “Not having your kids on Christmas Eve feels so unnatural when your a mummy x
“I ended up having a really nice Christmas with my family and my friends, of course I missed them but it’s not about me it’s about the children and I have always encouraged a relationship with their father.
“Sending love to all of those that co parent I hate calling it that over Christmas, it’s not easy.”
Helen’s online fans were quick to show her TikTok video some love and one wrote: “Well we saw you at the Liverpool panto on Christmas Eve so thanks for making our day so magical from another single parent x”
Another posted: “I know this… I hate it. Stay strong. Home is mum x”
A third wrote: “Well done you, I’ve done it for 6/7 years now, it’s not easy but it’s not about us, it’s about relationships with parents/siblings, your kids will appreciate it when their older.”
One praised the star and said: “What a top mam putting ur kids first as they should be, enjoy your turn next year with them x”
PARENTING PAIN
The Rosie Webster actress has been open in detailing her parenting pain and said this weekend: “I struggled with the kids going for Christmas a few days before they went.

Meanwhile, Helen’s ex Scott took to Instagram to share a Christmas glimpse of his celebrations with their brood.
TOUGH TIMES
Helen’s dynamic with ex Scott turned nuclear this month – with speculation she has now cut her last tie with the sports star.
The row was brewing after she took a co-parenting dig at Scott weeks ago when she told us: “He lives like Somerset and I live in Lancashire.
“So we live so far away from each other, which is really difficult when you’ve got three young children.
“I hate calling it co-parenting because I don’t really feel like a co-parent to be honest with you anyway.”
Helen then lashed out at the Bristol Rovers footballer after he missed their son Charlie’s nativity play to party at the Formula One.
“You really are a piece of s***,” Helen raged, as she shared Scott’s Instagram post.
“How dare you not turn up to Charlie’s nativity.”
Scott, 36, had posted snaps from his weekend in the United Arab Emirates where he watched Lando Norris secure his maiden Drivers’ Championship title.
“What a weekend-Abu Dhabi F1,” Scott wrote.
He added: “Happy Days, blurry nights..”
Meanwhile Helen posted a snap of her cuddling their son, writing: “Loved Charlie’s nativity. My star, my heartbeat.”
CO-PARENTING WOE
During the summer, Helen broke down in tears in a social media video about co-parenting.
Crying to the camera, Helen said: “So I’m just going to my mum and dad’s now, I’ve asked them to pick up the kids but it’s really hard now because I don’t want them to go and then I just f**king hate co-parenting.
“I really really struggle…
“I really struggle when they go away because I only like them going away if I’m doing something.
“It’s really hard. It’s really hard, I made this really hard decision…”
Despite the difficulty of being apart, Helen said she’d be able to enjoy some much-needed alone time to herself.
She continued: “Some time might do me good because I had really bad anxiety recently because I haven’t had a minute because I’m always with the kids. It’s a double-edged sword…
“When they go, I want them back and when I’m with them all the time I get really overwhelmed.”
