The business associate who testified against Todd Chrisley and claimed in court they had a gay affair has embarked on a new career.
Mark Braddock, 58, shattered the reality star’s long-cultivated reputation as a devoted and religious family man when he revealed the alleged romance and reported Todd to the cops in 2022.
At the time, Todd, 56, who has been married to wife Julie, 52, since 1996 denied having a gay relationship and blasted Mark a ‘toad’ who looks like a ‘thumb.’
On Wednesday, Todd and Julie were released from prison just one day after receiving a pardon from President Donald Trump.
The couple were sentenced to 12 and seven years in prison respectively after being found guilty in 2022 of defrauding banks out of $30 million.
Braddock has moved on from the controversy and joined Christie’s International Real Estate in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, in February as a Broker Associate.
The Daily Mail has contacted Braddock for comment.

His biography describes him as a ‘seasoned real estate professional with over two decades of experience’ known for his ‘thorough and reliable approach.’
He has been licensed in real estate since 2002.
Braddock, who is a father of two, previously worked at Engel and Voelkers in Florida for more than six years as a private office advisor.
While on the stand, Braddock told the court that he and Chrisley engaged in a romance in the early 2000s before breaking it off.
Initially the pair remained close, forming what Braddock described in court as a ‘brotherhood’, before the relationship soured in 2012 when Chrisley threatened to call the police on him.
The sordid claims made by Braddock served as the final blow that obliterated the Chrisley family’s once-wholesome TV image, which was cultivated during years of reality TV fame.
Before the court case multi-millionaire real estate developer and entrepreneur Todd and his wife were best known for starring in the USA Network reality series Chrisley Knows Best. It documented their day-to-day lives and featured their six children: Lindsie, Kyle, Chase, Savannah, Grayson, and Chloe.
The dramatic conclusion of the trial was matched only by the surprising accusations made by the reality star’s former employee, who said they had a year-long romance in the early 2000s while they were both married to their respective wives.

Braddock has since moved on from the controversy. He joined Christie’s International Real Estate branch in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, in February as a Broker Associate

At the time Todd blasted the homosexual love affair claim as untrue, calling Mark a ‘toad’
In January 2023 Todd use his Chrisley Confessions podcast to hit back at allegations that he is gay and had a homosexual affair with Mark, saying there was no truth to them.
‘What’s insulted me the most is that, out of all these 54 years, for me to finally be accused of being with a man, it would be someone who looked like Mark Braddock,’ said Todd as he appeared alongside his son Chase.
‘[He’s] a toad. Someone that looks like a thumb. Someone who says he’s only had sex with his wife and me.
‘Let me you tell something. I could understand if you’d have had sex with me, it would [make] you crazy. I get that,’ he said.
‘There have been many who have been d**k-notized by your daddy,’ he joked with his son, adding that Braddock’s story has changed several times.
While on the stand Braddock also spoke in detail about Chrisley’s alleged crimes, claiming that he had not only been a witness to them but that he had even helped commit them.
According to Braddock, who was granted immunity in return for testifying, he and Chrisley worked together at a real estate company from 2005 to 2012.

Mark said he kept the affair a secret from his wife, Leslie, whom he had been married to for 35 years. He was forced to tell her about his infidelities before testifying and it has since been reported that she is standing by her husband

Meanwhile Todd shares two children, Lindsie and Kyle, with his first wife, Teresa Terry, and three children, Chase, Savannah, and Grayson, with his current wife, Julie, to whom he has been married since 1996. Todd and Julie also have custody of Kyle’s daughter Chloe
Braddock claimed at trial that things soon turned romantic between them. And while the businessman said their affair only lasted about a year he told the court that they continued working together for nearly a decade after their secret romance ended.
That ‘brotherhood’ blew up in Chrisley’s face in 2012 when the two got into a massive argument and the reality star is said to have thrown Braddock out of his office and threatened to call the police on him. Mark said in court he then decided to turn the Chrisleys into the FBI for tax fraud.
Mark said at the trial he kept the affair a secret from his own wife, Leslie, whom he had been married to for more than three decades. The couple tied the knot 35 years ago in October 1987.
He was forced to tell her about his infidelities before testifying and is said to have stood by her husband, with whom she shares two children.
According to Media Take Out, Leslie, who is a real estate agent herself, has since ‘forgiven’ Mark for his alleged affair with Todd.
Together, Mark and his wife have welcomed two sons over the years, named Ian and Colin. Ian is married to a woman named Eva, and together, they have a son and daughter. Colin’s marital status is unclear.
According to his LinkedIn account, Mark graduated from Radford University with Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Computer Science, Statistics, and Math in 1987.
He started his career in 1984 with a job as a systems engineer at AT&T. He worked there for three years while living in Virginia.

Early Wednesday evening Todd was released from Federal Prison Camp Pensacola while Julie was set free from FMC Lexington. The couple was sentenced to 12 and seven years in prison respectively after being found guilty in 2022 of defrauding banks out of $30 million

The couple famously starred in the television show ‘Chrisley Knows Best’ and several spin-offs
He then got a job as a systems analyst for a research company called Decision Resources Group, before landing a position at an analytics firm called Cognos as a sales representative.
He also worked for the company SAP Software Solutions from 1989 to 1999. In 2000, Braddock became a partner at the law group Baer, where he worked for five years.
He was then hired as the Vice President of a real estate software company called Executive Asset Management, LLC. This is where he worked with Todd, since it is part of Chrisley Asset Management.
While working at Executive Asset Management Mark said in court that he was threatened by blackmailers who claimed to know about his previous affair with Todd.
Early Wednesday evening, Todd was released from Federal Prison Camp Pensacola while Julie was set free from FMC Lexington, according to Fox5.
They are now headed back to their family home in Nashville, Tennessee.
