Harry Styles has reportedly splashed out £20,000 on on an infrared sauna at his North London home to help him ‘repair his muscles’.

The One Direction star, 32, is said to have invested in the high-tech machine to help repair and rejuvenate his muscles after intense workouts and performances.   

‘Harry is incredibly health-conscious these days,’ a source told The Sun.

‘He loves running and needs to be on top of his health during his upcoming tour. He’ll be able to use the sauna in between shows to help repair his muscles.

‘He loves running now and it’s the perfect antidote to training.’

Infrared saunas use heaters to emit infrared light light experienced as radiant heat which is absorbed by the skin. They are said to help sooth sore muscles, ease joint stiffness and improve circulation. 

Harry follows in the footsteps of Cristiano Ronaldo, Lady Gaga and Ellie Goulding who are also fans of the sauna.

Other famous faces who use red light therapy include Kim Kardashian, Selena Gomez and Jennifer Aniston.

Harry recently released his new album, Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally, which will see him going across the globe with his Together, Together tour in May.

Speaking with Apple Music’s Zane Lowe, the Watermelon Sugar singer reflected on the ‘loneliness’ of fame and taking a three-year hiatus from music to reevaluate what he really wants in life.

‘I think I had a real honest conversation with myself about, OK, in five years, what do I want my life to look like? 

‘And then how do I make changes to aim at that? I don’t want to be the guy who’s on his own but was like, oh, I really did it,’ he mused.

The singer–songwriter added: ‘I want to be fulfilled, and I want to be in great relationships with people. I want to have great friendships with people. I want a family. I want these things. 

‘It just allowed me to go like, OK, what do I have to do to create space to allow these things to happen? I can’t just expect them to just happen to me.’

The English pop star went on to talk about the importance of building a future with the ‘right person.’

The former boy bander had the biggest debut of his career with the March 6 release of his fourth studio album.

The new album debuted at number 1 in the US on the Billboard 200 chart, moving more than 430,000 units in week one, the largest first-week sales of the year.

And he has sold a staggering one million units to date, also reaching number 1 in 20 other countries.
