HARRY STYLES has snapped up a fourth house in the same road as his three other mega-posh pads, I can reveal.
And, like Ed Sheeran in Suffolk, it seems he could turn the London homes into one enormous estate — with this multimillion property possibly serving as a very nice guest house for friends to stay in.
A source said: “Harry is giving Ed a run for his money with his North London estate.
“He has three houses on one road in Hampstead and now he has quietly bought another.
“Two of the homes are being converted into one mega mansion, while the third sits a way away from them and is a bit of an investment property.
“This fourth new pad could be part of the mega-mansion estate and will be connected to the two houses, which are being knocked through, by a drive and a massive garden. It’s incredible the work Harry is putting into making this dream home.”

Unlike Angela “Three Pads” Rayner, I’m sure Harry won’t have been able to worm his way out of paying the sizeable stamp duty bill that would have undoubtedly dropped through his door.
I’m not surprised Harry is branching out with his property empire, given how successful he has been over the past couple of years.
The As It Was singer has become one of the world’s biggest superstars and, refreshingly, is just as charming and down to Earth as he’s always been.
I bumped into Harry in a VIP area at Glastonbury in June.
When I stopped him to congratulate him on the success of his last album Harry’s House, and his massive global tour, he was humble and incredibly kind.
There are big things coming for Harry that will more than pay off what this fourth house would have cost him.
His next album, and new music, is not too far away.
And Harry is expected to be a headliner at Glastonbury in 2027 after the fallow year.
Good fortune comes to good people, and Harry is living proof of that.
ONE DIRECTION’s pop firm banked almost £10,000 a week last year in the wake of Liam Payne’s death.
Accounts filed for 1D Media show a 2024 profit of £507,012 from plays and purchases.
The figure, which is a leap from £350,000 the previous year, will be split between Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan and Liam’s estate.
But Zayn Malik won’t get any, after relinquishing his interest when he quit in 2015.
The boy band’s firm was set up in 2010, with the latest profits including the two and a half months after the death of Liam, below, in October.
At the time, all five of their albums re-entered the Top 40, while Night Changes reached No6, Story Of My Life got to No9 and their debut single What Makes You Beautiful went to No23.
I’m expecting albums from Harry, Niall and Louis in 2026.
This year marks 15 years since the group formed, but any fans hoping for a reunion will have to keep on waiting – and continue to listen to their back catalogue instead.
