LOVE Island star Hannah Elizabeth is getting ready to head home after having a lower facelift and neck liposuction.
The blonde bombshell travelled to Turkey for the cosmetic procedure and documented the process on her Instagram.
Hannah‘s latest update included showing her bruised neck and compression headband on her final day in Istanbul.
The Liverpool lass, 35, looked incredible just days after the surgery as she posed lying down in her hotel rom and looking up towards the camera.
“Moon ed + bruised neck but last day here in Turkey,” she captioned the photo, using the Turkish flag emoji in place of writing out the word.
In another photo, Hannah tilted her head back to show the yellowish bruises on her neck which also showed the gauze on her face and chin.

Hannah has been gushing about the procedure and her quick recovery time, including getting a blow dry just two days after the operation.
Alongside a photo of the left side of her face, she wrote: “I’m still really swollen but I literally feel. How is this 2 days post? My surgeon is magic.”
After a visit to the clinic for a post-op appointment with her surgeon, Hannah next visited a local hair salon where two stylists worked on her hair.
“Two days after face lift, who gets a blowy? Surgeon said it’s all good,” Hannah wrote.
Hannah made history as the first Love Island contestant to get engaged on the show, but later broke up with her fiancé, Jon Clark.
She recently opened up to The Sun about spending £100k on cosmetic procedures – including ‘Bratz Doll’ facial surgery in 2022, which entailed a fox eye lift, a lateral blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) and lip fillers to make her look like a real-life Bratz Doll.
Then, there’s the long list of other operations she’s had over the years in pursuit of perfection, including a nose job, a boob job and a BBL, which she livestreamed to her fans on social media last year.
“I couldn’t tell you how much I’ve spent, but it’s probably over £100k. I’m not shy about it, I’ve had everything done,” she says, adding that she recently had her boobs reduced from a G cup to a D cup.
As well as showing off her curves on social media, Hannah’s been busy posting sexy shoots on OnlyFans – and making a fortune.
She “easily” earns over £2.5k a week – equating to over £10k per month – and says that, having started out as a glamour model, and later becoming a Playboy bunny, the adult subscription site has been an empowering way to own her own image and sexuality.
What’s more, it means she can afford any bit of surgery she wants – as well as make sure that her son, Reggie, five, wants for nothing.
“It’s really, really good money,” Hannah tells us. “It’s my main income, and I absolutely love doing it.”
