GOGGLEBOX star Amy Tapper has revealed she has lost six stone in her weight loss journey – and has insisted her wellbeing mission hasn’t stopped there.
The former Channel 4 star, 25, has documented her change in shape in great detail on her Instagram page.

And this week, Amy updated fans and told how she was “six stone down” and “so proud of myself.”
The Gogglebox favourite, who rose to fame sitting on the show sofa with her family back in 2013, has lost three stone in just two years – after revealing in 2023 she had dropped her first three stone on the scales.
In February, she told how she had shed five stone and showed off her results in before and after images.
Now Amy has gone one better, showing herself celebrating her latest milestone in a video filmed in her lounge.
It captured the TV star donning a white top and black gym leggings and trainers, with her brunette hair piled in a high bun.
She looked serious as she stepped on a set of scales, positioned in the middle of the room, before bursting into a grin when the numbers were revealed.
Amy threw her hands in the air to celebrate and gave herself a clap, before hugging her pal.
In her emotional video caption she explained: “Wow wow wow 6 stone down!! I cannot believe it – I am so proud of myself…
“I promise I will share more of my journey soon there’s just so much to say I’m figuring out my best way to do it.
“Here’s to the next stone and more.”
She then added: “@tashelite.fitness you are not only my personal trainer but truly a friend and more like a therapist – I couldn’t do any of this without you and your ongoing support, thank you for everything.”
SWITCH UP
Amy – who quit Gogglebox back in 2018 – first documented her determination to lose weight in 2021.
At the time, the reality TV star had been jumping from one fad diet to another until she turned her life around during lockdown.
Amy had dropped three dress sizes from 26 to 20 by cutting down her portion sizes and dancing around her home.

Amy has ralso emained candid about the annoying side-effect of her new figure.
Amy is also overhauling her wardrobe following her weight loss, and previously showed the bags of items she’s getting rid of.
Meanwhile, the body-confident brunette previously vowed to strip naked when she reaches her weight loss goal.
She previously told Closer Magazine: “I feel so much sexier and confident because I can already see all my hard work paying off.
“I’ve got more energy, I can actually feel my skin tightening as I tone up and I like what I’m seeing in the mirror.
“I’ve always thought I had a nice face but I never been happy with my body and I’m hell bent on turning that around.
“When I’ve dropped around 6-8st I’ll pose naked to celebrate!
“I’m not signing up to OnlyFans yet though … I don’t think I’d get any subscribers.
“Sometimes you need to keep your private parts private!”
