FURIOUS Big Brother viewers have demanded bosses axe Caroline after her controversial comments during last night’s nominations.
It comes after housemates were made to undergo face-to-face nominations this week and were told to “give full, frank and valid reasons for why your two other Housemates should face eviction”.
When it was Caroline’s turn, the 56-year-old said: “Okay, don’t like any of you really, but I’ve picked one. This is Mr. Richard. Dicky, Dicky.
“The reason is Dicky, you’re so f****g boring… I think you’re scared of slipping up because deep down there’s a bit of naughtiness in you and I think you’re hiding it behind your bible.”
Later, after Big Brother revealed which contestants had received nominations, Caroline was reminded of her Save and Replace token – allowing her to remove one nominee from eviction and replace them with another housemate.
The former celebrity PR manager decided to save Tate, 27, and replace him with Zelah.
But after saving him, she said: “Tate, he does cook for me and I think maybe when we come out of here we will have sex.
“Or at least a fumble. So, I’m going to say Tate just for sexual reasons.”
Tate laughed and replied: “Yeah fair.”
Her comments sparked outrage onlne, and one viewer reacted to the moment on Reddit: “I’m sorry but the way she said that Tate needs to have sex with her as she saved him was so weird and she should get a warning for that 100% or ejected would be ideal!”
Another commented: “if it was a man that said that to a woman the response from people would be totally different.”
A third said: “It’s not her first strike either in this regards …”
As one more agreed: “I think she should be given at least a warning.”
One more raged: “What about the disrespectful comments about Richard & Tate’s beliefs? It is disgusting.”
One more said “Caroline should have been ejected weeks ago after the Zelah thing”, referring to when she called trans male housemate Zelah, “a girl”.
They added: “ITV are basically condoning bigotry at this point.”
However some defended Caroline, aond one person said: “As much as I dislike her it was a joke and Tate joked back.”
Viewers were also unhappy with her comments about Cameron and also Richard, branding her a “bully”.
Caroline had also taken a jab at Cameron after using the “save and replace” token to swap Tate for Zelah on the chopping board.
Claiming she picked Zelah as someone who wouldn’t get evicted, she said of Cameron: “If I’d picked him, I know he’d go.”
Writing online, one viewer penned: “She’s just disgusting. Picks on the quiet ones, total bully behaviour.”
Speaking in the Diary Room afterwards, Caroline accused the other housemates of “taking it too seriously”.
