Friends star Lisa Kudrow admitted the one fan request that ‘irritates’ her – while opening up about the emotion of returning to the iconic sitcom’s set.
The sitcom legend, 62, portrayed Phoebe Buffay throughout Friends’ entire 10-season run.
Lisa appeared on today’s (April 3) episode of This Morning alongside hosts Dermot O’Leary and Alison Hammond.
Opening up to the pair, she revealed how fans still ask her to sing Phoebe’s song ‘Smelly Cat’.
It came as Alison, 51, persuaded Lisa to perform a duet of this song live on the ITV programme.
Alison asked: ‘Are you sick of singing it? Do people say that to you all the time when they come up to you?’

She starred in Friends alongside Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, David Schwimmer, Matt LeBlanc and the late Matthew Perry
To which Lisa responded: ‘They sometimes do.
‘To me, though, not here, but just in life, at a restaurant, demanding that I sing it, it irritates me a little bit.’
Elsewhere in the interview, Lisa also discussed returning to the legendary soundstage where Friends was filmed.
This came about during shooting for her HBO sitcom The Comeback, which recently began its third series.
‘Because that is where, you know, I spent nine years, first year we were on another stage, and said goodbye to Friends.
‘And then the reunion was shot there. And now the end of The Comeback.’
She added: ‘And my son is there’, noting how son Julian makes an appearance in The Comeback.
Lisa went on: ‘He was there, and he was a baby till five, you know, visiting. ‘
‘And there he is acting in it. It was a little overwhelming.’
Continuing, the actress told Dermot and Alison how she ‘barely got through shooting the last scene’ and ‘had to step out and take a walk around’.
She also snapped a photo of prolific TV director Jimmy Burrows – who helmed many episodes of Friends – and sent it to her fellow cast members.
Lisa remarked: ‘Jennifer wrote back, “Oh, what’s my call time?”‘, laughing.
It comes as Lisa, as well as Jamie Dornan were stunned as a beloved The Traitors star gatecrashed The Claudia Winkleman Show – after branding show as ‘best thing on TV’.
The Emmy-winning Friends legend, and Fifty Shades of Grey hunk, 43, joined Jimmy Carr, 53, and Chase Infiniti, 25, on Claudia’s sofa.
During the conversation, Lisa discussed returning for a third season of The Comeback.

The show launched in 2005, with the second outing in 2014 and the third debuted this month.
She says: ‘I get the wig on, and we’re on the set, and I think ‘I don’t know if I know how to do this’… because she is 10 years older every time – but I got in the swing of it!’
Lisa revealed how a storyline for her character Valerie was influenced by fan favourite The Traitors UK star, Linda Rands.
However, she was soon surprised by Linda herself, who makes an appearance in the studio.
Jamie said ‘It’s the only thing [The Traitors] that my wife, my three kids and the dog genuinely watch together. It’s incredible, I think it is the best thing on TV!’
Lisa agreed: ‘Me too!’
Meanwhile, Linda competed in series three of the hit BBC show, where she was selected by Claudia as a Traitor.
The retired opera singer is well-remembered for her iconic head turn when Claudia said the word ‘Traitors’ – which was caught by eventual winner Jake Brown.
Despite the early misstep, Linda progressed through the game until eventually being banished from the castle.
