A FITNESS fan has been left mortified after failing to spot an epic blunder with her outfit until after she’d walked through the entire gym.
Summer thought she looked cute and gym-ready in her burgundy ensemble, but couldn’t figure out why the bottoms “felt so weird”.
So, she popped into the loo and looked in the mirror – at which point she realised her mistake.
Struggling to control her laughter in a video of the hilarious moment on her TikTok page, Summer said she’d accidentally put the leggings on “back to front”.
The Oner Active leggings also feature a “reinforced scrunch bum stretch stitch to define and separate the glutes“.
So they make the bum look amazing when on – that’s if they’re worn the right way round.

Unfortunately, in Summer’s instance, the seam that is meant to go in the middle of the bum was at the front, giving it an unfortunate effect.
“The fact I’d walked through the gym like this is mortifying,” Summer wrote over the top of the video.
And she added in the caption: “I actually can’t believe I didn’t notice this until i’d got into the gym.
“That’ll teach me to rush getting ready!”
The comments section was immediately filled with people left in hysterics by Summer’s blunder, with one writing: “Girl this is my first impression of you & I LOVE IT.
“I would’ve actually died laughing on my own!”
“Actually so funny,” another added.
“But luckily you noticed girl, imagine you did like hip thrusts or a squat!”
“‘Could you imagine? I’d have cancelled my membership ahahahaha,” Summer replied.
“Lmfao omg I would of died,” a third commented.
While others admitted they’d made the same mistake in the past too.
“I’ve done this so many times!” one giggled.
The 5 best exercises to lose weight
By Lucy Gornall, personal trainer and health journalist
EXERCISE can be intimidating and hard to devote yourself to. So how do you find the right workout for you?
As a PT and fitness journalist, I’ve tried everything.
I’ve taken part in endless fitness competitions, marathons and I maintain a regime of runs, strength training and Pilates.
Fitness is so entrenched in my life, I stick to it even at Christmas!
The key is finding an activity you love that can become a habit.
My top five forms of exercise, especially if you’re trying to lose weight, are:
- Walking
- Running
- Pilates
- High-intensity interval training (HIIT)
- Strength training
“Luckily never left the house. I always look in the mirror like why do they feel funny haha!!”
“I’ve done it before and gone to the shop and everything before the gym,” another said.
“I’ve done this an alarming amount of times at this point,” a third admitted.
“OMG THAT HAPPENED TO ME,” someone else wrote.
As another commented: “I had a hole in my gym leggings at the butthole.
“Didn’t notice until I got changed to leave!”
