SARAH Ferguson has been axed by ITV’s Loose Women and This Morning after being stripped of her title and dropped by charities.

It comes after she was embroiled in the Epstein scandal that saw her ex-husband Prince Andrew stripped of his royal titles and threatened with eviction.

After Fergie, 66, was dropped by a slew of charities, ITV bosses have said that she will no longer be appearing on their hit daytime show.

She was hailed as a saviour of ITV’s daytime schedule when senior figures said she was “adored” by fans and management at the company, reports the Daily Mail.

Fergie had appeared on Loose Women and This Morning but has now been axed by the broadcaster.

The former Duchess of York was drawn into the scandal surrounding her ex-husband’s involvement with paedophile financier Jeffery Epstein.

An email sent by Fergie to Epstein was uncovered in which she apologised for disassociating from him publicly following his conviction in 2008.

One insider told the Daily Mail: “Fergie won’t be appearing on ITV again, there is nothing in the pipeline for her. There was once such high hopes for her, she appeared on This Morning as a guest presenter and contributor, as well as Loose Women.

“Fergie did a lot with ITV for a time and was always part of the gang. She was very much part of the plans at ITV but no more. There will be no more Fergie on ITV, there are no longer any current plans or anymore anytime in the future. She’s done with the channel now.”

Sarah had formerly distanced herself from Jeffery Epstein, making it easier for companies to work with her in the wake of the emerging scandal.

When Philip Shcofield made a dramatic exit from This Morning amid a scandal of his own in 2023, Fergie was brought in as a guest presenter.

Holly Willoughby followed Scofield shortly later after a bizarre plot by former security guard Gavin Plumb to kidnap, rape and murder her, was uncovered.

Sarah was welcomed with open arms by the broadcaster and touted as a “saviour” amid the meltdown.

In November 2023 she joined Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary for the special show, which she also edited alongside This Morning’s former editor Martin Frizell.

Fergie reportedly oversaw the live programme from the gallery after IV bosses were left impressed by her performances as a contributor.

Ferguson previously said: “I have appeared on This Morning before, but this time I am coming back in a very different role.

“I love live TV and am an enormous fan of the show.”

She went on to make her first appearance on Loose Women in April 2023.

After her email to Jeffery Epstein was discovered, Loose Women panellists have slammed the former Duchess.

Jane Moore said on the show just a few weeks ago: “The deadly cocktail of her naivety and fondness for the high life has always made her something of a loose cannon.”

The email sent by Fergie in 2011 to Epstein reads: “You have always been a steadfast, generous and supreme friend to me and my family.”

It was penned shortly after she had publicly rejected the convicted paedophile.

A few weeks earlier Sarah had participated in an interview during which she declaimed her involvement with Epstein.

She called her relationship with him, and the fact she had borrowed money from him, a “gigantic error of judgement.”

Publicly she said she would never have anything to do with Epstein again but privately she sent an email to “humbly apologise” to him for her words.
