GERWYN PRICE has suggested he might take a break from darts amid the demanding schedule.
The 41-year-old suffered an 8-3 loss to Wessel Nijman in the European Darts Trophy final on Sunday.

And after the event, he admitted that he is struggling with the demands of the darts calendar.
He took to social media to write: “Great weekend for me, another final but very frustrating in the end. Onto Dublin this week.
“Need a break from this, I think. It’s so tough mentally.
“But I’ll push on, thanks for the support.”
Price was quick to praise in-form Nijman after the match and said: “Every time I play Wessel he plays brilliantly against me. I lost to him in a ProTour final as well so fair play.
“It’s been a long day. Playing the fourth game is tough — you are not sure whether to go back and chill or stay.
“I have been here since 11am so I didn’t get to go back and chill out. I ran out of gas in the end.
“I didn’t really play my best in the final but take nothing away from him — he was fantastic.

“Fair play, he has been playing brilliantly today and all year but I will get my own back.”
Price is next due to be in action on Thursday for night seven of Premier League Darts in Dublin.
He currently sits third in the standings with nine points, behind Jonny Clayton and Luke Littler.
Price won night two of the weekly league in the Netherlands.
