When asked if he had a specific type of product he looked for by the interviewer, he replied: “It’s not about the brand; as I said earlier, it’s PDRN. Don’t you want skin like glass?”
Lingard was later showing off his lavish clothing style inside his dressing room before taking to the city to splash the cash in Seoul’s shopping scene.
He started his career at United when he was just nine years old and while he made 232 appearances, he endured a turbulent spell at Old Trafford.
Lingard struggled to nail down a regular place in the team for many years before his brother called the club “classless” upon his exit in 2022 for failing to give him a proper send-off.
And things weren’t all rosy when he first joined FC Seoul in 2024 after his manager Kim Gi-dong slated his work ethic.
In a scathing review of Lingard’s fitness, he said: “I’ve been thinking a lot about removing Jesse. I don’t think a player who doesn’t run for a few minutes is a football player.
“If he doesn’t fight, and doesn’t run better than the player who runs for 90 minutes?”
But Lingard has since turned it around in Seoul after becoming the most popular player on the team and earning the captain’s armband at the start of 2025.
He scored six goals in 26 appearances in his first year, then followed that up with nine strikes from 36 games in the 2025 campaign.
