Ex-Formula One driver Antonio Pizzonia was arrested for assault on Saturday night, according to reports.
Pizzonia, who raced in F1 from 2003-05, was booked into a Texas jail at around 6pm, claims TMZ.
The Brazilian, 45, posed for a mugshot while wearing a striped jail jumpsuit. Details surrounding his arrest are currently unclear.
It is believed he was at the Speedsportz Racing Park in Montgomery County to watch his son, Antonio Pizzonia Neto, finish ninth in a junior race at the 2026 Superkarts! USA Winter Series.
