AS time goes on, many people look for answers on how they can wind back the clock.
And one woman who shared how her mum often gets mistaken for being in her 30s, despite being 61, has revealed some of her secrets.

Anastasia claims her mum has not had Botox or even dyed her hair.
On her @anastasiaova account, she wrote: “POV: you’re not afraid of aging, as this is your mum at 61 with no work and uncoloured hair.
“Health nut mama at 61, barely any gray hair.”
Her post has racked up nearly 5,000 likes, and many people asked for the mum’s secrets to her youthful appearance.
When one person asked “What did she do?”Anastasia replied: “Oh where do I start.”
The first thing the mum swears by is having eaten a wholefoods diet for years.
The proud daughter added: “Healthy lifestyle! No alcohol for years, occasional water fasting, daily sunscreen and barely any make up.
“People want quick fixes unfortunately.”
One factor which helped the mum to look young was the fact her hair hasn’t gone grey, with Anastaia pointing out: “Her parents and siblings went much more grey at younger age.
“Lifestyle choices make a difference.
“Key is sleep, low stress and copper supplements.”
As well as avoiding any processed food, the woman shared how her mum makes lots of handmade bone broths for collagen.
She added how this basically involves “boiling lots of beef bones for 24-36 hours.”
Many people were quick to comment on her appearance and say how young she looked.
One said: “No way, she looks like a 28 year old woman.”
Another added: “61?! DAMN SHE LOOKS 30 MAX!”
And a third commented: “She looks very youthful! I’m sure she’s very chill. My oxidative stress could never.
“First grey hairs at 16 over here.”
Why is turmeric good for anti-ageing?
A study published in the Asia Pacific Journal of Clinical Nutrition suggests that turmeric and curcumin may help prevent DNA damage and aid in DNA repair.
This is promising news for disease prevention and slowing the ageing process. It also:
Boosts Collagen Production: Collagen is a protein that maintains the skin’s elasticity and firmness. As we age, collagen production decreases, leading to wrinkles and sagging skin. Turmeric helps stimulate collagen synthesis, thereby promoting firmer and more youthful skin.
Improves Skin Health: Turmeric has been shown to improve various skin conditions, such as acne, psoriasis, and eczema. Its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties help soothe the skin, reduce redness, and promote a clearer complexion.
