She’s no stranger to donning a skimpy bikini for a sizzling snap and even owns her own swimwear brand.
And Elizabeth Hurley has now revealed exactly how she maintains her incredible body.
The actress and model, 60, has revealed one major thing she abstains from in order to keep looking and feeling her very best.
Speaking to The Daily Mail she revealed that alcohol is strictly off limits unless she really needs a treat.
She explained: ‘I think probably because of my work with the breast cancer foundation, I’ve really listened to what they’ve said about health. Of course, when you’re really looking after your health, you tend to look better at the same time.
‘They definitely advise us not to carry any excess weight, and to exercise and eat healthily, and they advise against alcohol, so I try to follow those guidelines as much as I can.

The actress and model has revealed one major thing she abstains from in order to keep looking and feeling her very best – alcohol
‘I don’t drink much alcohol at all. I’ve also found that as I’ve got older, my body processes it less well than it did when I was younger. I only drink alcohol as an absolute treat now.’
She added that when she does very occasionally drink the hangovers are worse now she is a bit older.
Elizabeth explained: ‘It is proven your body processes alcohol at a much slower rate as you age, and your liver needs a little more help, so yes.’
The star regularly posts stunning bikini snaps on Instagram and just this week posed in a busty white two piece.
As usual her fans were quick to praise her impressive physique as one branded her ‘effortlessly flawless’.
Elizabeth has recently been starring in new Channel 4 show The Inheritance alongside Rob Rinder.
She stars as The Deceased, who has invited 13 lucky contestants to compete for her ample estate.
The star appears in a plethora of stylish outfits of the show which she says was made easier by being given a top stylist.

She said: ‘I thought it was important that we got a stylist who really knew her onions, so we got someone from the really big magazines who could really pull couture clothes, and she pulled some unbelievable stuff.
‘I don’t think she had ever worked for a show like this before, because she is kind of high-fashion and quite scary, and so I said I don’t need to do any fittings – you don’t need to send me any photographs, just bring me great stuff, and we’ll try it on on the day.
‘I really trusted that she would bring great stuff, and we tried it on the night before. I trusted she would bring great stuff, and she did.’
She has previously said another of the secrets to her youthful visage and incredible figure is very simple – she avoids processed foods.
She told The Sydney Morning Herald that she does not subscribe to fad diets.
She said: ‘My tastes are pretty simple – I don’t drink weird green juices or anything like that.
‘I’ve always watched what I eat, since forever. I’ve never wanted to eat processed food. Right back to my teens, I’ve always looked at the labels on food.
‘I just eat what I would say is very normal, which could be roast chicken, mashed potatoes and a couple of different vegetables. It’s definitely not anything new-fangled or weird,’ she said.

When it comes to workouts, Elizabeth says she prefers gardening at home to formal exercise.
‘I don’t go to the gym, but I’m very active… I don’t really sit still very much,’ she said, adding, ‘But I do a lot of gardening – that’s quite bendy-downy, picking stuff up!’
The beauty previously disclosed that the secret to her youthful skin is, in fact, keeping out of the sun.
Elizabeth regularly posts holiday snaps of her in tiny bikinis but insists she stays in the shade during the hottest parts of the day.
Previously sharing a picture of herself lounging in the sun, she wrote: ‘LA morning wake up. I only go in the sun before 9am and after 6pm – otherwise, it’s under a large umbrella.’
Discussing how she stays in such good shape, she recently said she ‘makes time for exercise’ and eats ‘nutritious foods’.
She also avoids eating heavy meals in the evening. Revealing her ‘best’ dieting tip, she said: ‘Eat your food earlier on in the day, so you’ve got more time to digest it and your body can rest in the sleep period.’
Elizabeth recently told Harper’s Bazaar how she maintains her incredible figure and that she can still fit into her famous safety pin dress.
The Aria star said: ‘I don’t exercise, but I am very active. But just because it still fits doesn’t mean I would wear it today – it wouldn’t be appropriate!’
