A TIKTOKER is sharing an easy wardrobe hack for staying warm in the winter.
The influencer posted a video sharing a simple solution for staying warm and stylish when it’s snowing outside.

The influencer, whose username is Ashventures, made a quick video showing followers how to wear jeans in the winter without freezing.
“You can definitely wear jeans in this weather,” the vlogger said as she walked through the snow.
Ashventures was filming herself in Lapland, Finland, where temperatures can drop below zero degrees Fahrenheit.
The influencer was wearing a heavy yellow jacket, red beanie, and gloves as she filmed herself.
“I still wear the same jeans that I wear in the summertime,” she continued.
“It really depends on your needs and the cold tolerance you have.”
She mentioned that it was -10 Celsius (14 Fahrenheit) at the time of filming.
“If you still want to wear jeans, wear them. Why not?”
Ashventures said to stay warm, she simply adds layers underneath her jeans.
The influencer pulled up her jeans to reveal a pair of woolen socks and leggings hidden beneath them.
“I have my woolen socks, and I have my base layer pants,” she said.
“You really don’t need to buy a pair of waterproof pants; you can definitely wear jeans in this weather.”
Ashventures said one of the most “important survival skills” is learning how to “layer up.”
She recommended starting with a thermal base layer, adding an insulating mid-layer, and finishing with wind or waterproof outer pants.
Tips for layering
- Start with a Thermal Base Layer – never cotton
- Add fleece or thin padded pants for extra warmth
- Wear ski pants or insulated winter trousers as an outer layer
- Tuck & Seal your base layers into your socks
- Wear thermal socks and snow-friendly boots
Once you’re layered up, make sure to tuck and seal all of your layers and accessorize with thermal socks and snow-friendly boots.
The creator urged followers to dress warmly in the harsh winter weather.
“But please, please still prepare warm clothes,” she wrote as a follow-up comment.
“I wear jeans because I’m only walking around in the city. If I’m going for a hike in the forest, no more jeans. It depends on different situations as well.
“Prioritize comfort over style and enjoy the beauty of Lapland winter!”
Other commenters noted that there are “really good layering options” out there that make it easy to stay warm while wearing jeans.
“I have ski pants that I layer over my jeans when needed, about -15 is the threshold for me,” one person commented.
