SANTANDER is offering new customers £200 and a £25 Amazon gift card for switching bank accounts.
Customers need to pick one of four accounts, set up two new direct debits and pay in £1,500 to get the £200 bonus.

Then, to get the £25 gift voucher, you need to apply through one of the links below and use your new debit card to complete five different transactions within 30 days of joining.
You must switch current accounts from another banking provider using the Current Account Switching Service (CASS).
It’s free to use CASS, and it’ll handle much of the process for you – from transferring across banking details from your old bank to setting up your direct debits.
The one notable exception is that it won’t redirect regular payments – like your Netflix or Spotify.
The CASS aims to switch your bank account within seven working days, and it closes your former account too.
Santander will check that you have fulfilled the requirements 60 days after your request to switch, and will then pay your £200 within the next 30 days.
That means you could have the cash by the end of April.

Is it any good?
It’s one of the best offers out there for Sun readers.
Before you make the move, do your research to make sure it’s the right account for you.
Meanwhile, Lloyds Bank is also offering £200 for those who switch to a Club Lloyds account, which is £5 a month unless you pay in £2,000 a month into the account.
Santander’s offer is open to those switching to its Everyday current account, Edge current account, Edge Up current account, or its Edge Explorer current account.
The Everyday Current Account is the only one that doesn’t come with a monthly fee and cashback.
The Edge current account charges a £3 monthly fee, so you need to make sure that you use the perks.
It pays £10 a month in cashback on selected household bills like council tax, water, energy and more when you pay by Direct Debit.
You earn 1% cashback on bills – so you’d need to pay £1,000 in eligible bills to get the full £10.
The Edge Up current account, meanwhile, charges a £5 monthly fee and provides up to £15 in cashback on selected household bills when you pay by direct debit.
Santander’s Edge Explorer is the most expensive of the bunch, costing £17 a month but it provides travel, breakdown, and mobile phone insurance.
There are other perks too, like constant remote access to a GP for you and the family, or up to £20 cashback every month on selected household bills and supermarket and travel costs.
You also won’t be eligible if you received a switching incentive from Santander before, or if you had an account with the Spanish-founded provider on 1 January 2025.
