DWAYNE ‘THE ROCK’ JOHNSON’S daughter has quit WWE in a dramatic Instagram post.
Simone Alexandra Garcia Johnson, 24, has made the “difficult decision” not renew her WWE contract after her six year term.

Johnson revealed her plans in a statement on Friday, just days after her appearance on NXT.
The wrestler, who stands at 5ft 10in, said: “This past Tuesday was my last appearance on NXT & subsequently WWE.
“Thank you to all who have cheered, watched, and supported me through my journey.
“While my decision to not renew my contract was very difficult, it’s also new turning point in my life.”
Signing off, she wrote: “It was been an honor and a privilege to be Ava.”
Many were hugely surprised by Johnson’s shock departure as she had appeared on the NXT programming earlier in the week.
WWE published a statement applauding Johnson for her “stella work”.
They said: “Her passion, dedication, and impact were felt across the entire NXT and WWE community.
“We wish her the very best in all future endeavours.”
The star used the names ‘Ava’ and ‘Ava Raine’ while performing in the ring.
Beginning her career in 2020, Ava became the fourth generation wrestler to sign with the company.
Johnson then made her first in-ring appearance for the NXT Stand & Deliver event in April 2023.
She teamed up in an eight-person tag team match with The Schism.
Then Johnson moved on to work alongside Shawn Michaels as an on-screen assistant and general manager of NXT.
Her father, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, has previously spoken on how proud he is of his daughter.
Simone is the oldest of the Smashing Machine star’s three daughters.
