A “TWERKING” woman cop squeezed a colleague’s breasts on a dance floor, a misconduct hearing was told.
Drunk PC Pamela Pritchard also allegedly grabbed a male officer’s genitals through his trousers at the 2024 leaving do at Caernarfon Rugby Club.
She is also claimed to have used “insulting and inappropriate language” towards two colleagues and tried to kiss a superior.
Boozed-up Pritchard allegedly approached her colleague from behind and reached around under her armpits and grabbed her breasts.
Her alleged victim – known as PC “A” told the hearing: ”PC Pritchard came from behind me, put both her arms under my armpits, and squeezed my breasts.”
She added that she had been left “shocked and angry” but PC Pritchard told her to “f**k off.”
At first PC “A” didn’t realise she had been sexually assaulted but later had nightmares and lodged a formal complaint.
CCTV footage was also shown to the hearing of PC “B” at the bar.
He told the panel that PC Pritchard “reaches down and grabs my genital area over the clothes.
“It wasn’t invited and a shock.”
The policeman added that PC Pritchard had also sat on his knee. “I remember her putting her hand around my neck as if cuddling me and kissing me, I believe it was on my lips.
“I never gave her any permission to do that. I was in a relationship at the time.
“She behaved as if she had carte blanche to do what she wanted.”
Her lawyer said the PC would deny her behaviour amounts to gross misconduct.
She would also deny any purposefully intentional sexual contact.
The hearing at North Wales Police HQ continues.
