
DRIVERS are facing long rush-hour delays as multiple lanes of the M6 are closed following a serious multi-car crash.
Two lanes of the M6 in Staffordshire are closed following the collision with emergency services at the scene.

The road was initially held southbound within Junction 12 at Cannock but has since been released.
Emergency services, traffic officers and recovery agents continue to work at the scene.
Two lanes out of four are currently closed with motorists urged to plan ahead.
National Highways posted on social media: “Traffic has been released on the M6 southbound in Staffordshire within J12 for Cannock.
“Emergency services, Traffic Officers and recovery agents continue to work at the scene with lanes 1 and 2 of 4 remaining closed at this stage.“
