LEVI COLWILL returned to Chelsea training ahead of their Champions League clash with PSG.
The Blues and England centre-half, 22, has missed the entirety of the season so far after tearing his ACL in the first training session of pre-season back in August.
Colwill, who bagged an assist in Chelsea’s 3-0 Club World Cup final win over PSG, underwent surgery after the devastating injury and has been missing ever since.
Now, though, fans are BUZZING to see him back in action.
One fan said: “Chelsea pls don’t introduce me to vibe you can’t maintain… I miss my Levi… don’t play with my emotions.”
Another added: “Great to see Colwill back training. We’ve missed him this season.”
Some couldn’t believe their eyes, adding, “I think the medical department has performed some dark magic. I’m thrilled to see Colwill back training”
Fans aren’t the only ones who will be thrilled to see him back on the grass.
In January, Rosenior admitted he can’t wait to work with the “outstanding” defender.
The Blues boss said: “I’ve spoken to him this morning, he is really good.

“He’s working so hard in terms of his rehab. It’s been brilliant to see him back out on the pitch now, doing his running, which is a huge step for him after ACL injury.
“He’s itching to get back, but again we need to make sure that when he is back, he feels 100 per cent perfect again.”
Colwill wasn’t the only player to make a return either.
Jamie Gittens was also back on the grass, with wonderkid Estevao now the only key player missing through injury.
The centre-half spot has been something of a problem position for Chelsea this season in Colwill’s absence.
Trevoh Chalobah has been the best of the bunch, but even he has had some shaky moments.
Wesley Fofana has been his most successful partner at the back, but has been pretty wildly inconsistent in his performances.
Mamadou Sarr was recalled from his loan to Strasbourg in January, and looked good since returning, but is still inexperienced when it comes to Premier League football in comparison to Colwill.

Colwill is unlikely to be rushed back into first-team action any time soon, but we will get an update from Liam Rosenior on him when he does his pre-PSG press conference this evening.
