JAKE PAUL has claimed he’s suffered a “cracked” nose in the build-up to his showdown with Anthony Joshua.
The YouTuber-turned-boxer throws down with the former two-time unified heavyweight champion in a shock Miami melee next Friday.
Paul, 28, faces arguably an impossible task to get the better of Olympic gold medallist AJ, but has brought in some world-class sparring partners to help him do the unthinkable.
‘The Problem Child’ has enlisted the services of heavyweight contenders Jared Anderson, Frank Sanchez and AJ pal Lawrence Okolie ahead of the Netflix bout.
And the trio of hard-hitting heavyweights have done a number on the former Disney star’s nose.
During an appearance on the Pat McAfee Show, Paul said of his nose: “It is even more crooked, brother.
“I’m not going to lie, sparring the heavyweights has moved my nose a couple of millimetres this camp.
“A guy by the name of Frank Sanchez definitely cracked it a little bit.
“So it definitely has a slight little something in there. But yeah man, it’s bad.”
Paul’s teasing of a potential nose injury comes days after boxing fans feared the fight might be off.

Cancellation rumours arose after former WBC heavyweight champion Bermane Stiverne told obscure website Gambleonline.ca: “I’ve just heard somewhere that he [Paul] was injured, that it’s not happening.
“I don’t know. I just heard not long ago it was cancelled. I don’t know what’s going on.
“Lawrence Okolie gave him a black eye or something and from what I heard the fight is not happening after sparring sessions.
“It might be a lie, or it might be true, but I don’t know. That’s what I was hearing and it wouldn’t surprise me.”
Paul added fuel to the fire earlier this week by teasing a major announcement in relation to the fight card on social media.
That announcement, however, ended up being the news that WBC lightweight champion Caroline Dubois has joined Most Valuable Promotions.
He wrote on X: “You dummies thought I was going to pull out of the #JakeJoshua fight? Ridiculous.
“I’m just building. 5 years in. Creating a roster of the best. Welcome to MVP, Miss Dubois.”
