David Beckham has shared a pointed post branding Inter Miami’s stadium his ‘new home,’ as reports emerged that his son Brooklyn has been hit by a new legal row.
Victoria and David, 50, are in the midst of an escalating rift with eldest son Brooklyn and his actress wife, Nicola Peltz, after the couple were absent from all of the former footballer’s 50th birthday celebrations.
Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, David updated fans on the new stadium that is being built for his US club Inter Miami, sharing snaps of the models that had been built for the Florida-based ground.
The post also showed a proud David posing alongside his wife Victoria and youngest son Cruz.
He captioned his post: ‘Our beautiful new home is taking shape For me, Jorge & Jose Mas our dream for our club is becoming a reality Miami Freedom Park… coming soon ️ @intermiamicf #FreedomToDream.’
The post was shared as it was reported that David and Victoria’s eldest son was caught up in a new legal row, relating to trademarking names for his hot sauce brand.

Brooklyn is already in a row with beer brand Becks after filing an application to trademark the name Becks Buns.
According to The Sun, Brooklyn is also facing push-back while trying to trademark C23, which is the shortened name of his hot sauce brand Cloud23.
A California wine business, Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars, shot back at the plans, which were lodged officially by his company, Buster Hot Sauce Inc, against the trademark.
Amongst some of the company’s products are the very pricey Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard which is known as the Cask 23, which can cost around £2,000.
Cask 23 is also currently stocked at luxury retailers including Selfridges, with its most recent vintage being from 2021, costing £280
To reduce the risk of a legal battle, Brooklyn’s company reportedly deleted the classification of all types of booze from the application they made.
A representative for Brooklyn declined to comment when contacted by MailOnline.
It was reported last week that Brooklyn had planned to expand his hot sauce company and applied to trademark ‘Becks Buns‘.

As well as sharing snaps of the models of the new stadium, David also posed on the vast building site that will eventually be Inter Miami’s new home

However, The Sun reported that Beck’s beer, owned by Brauerei Beck & Co, has challenged it.
A source told the publication that the parent firm of Beck’s beer has opposed his Becks Buns trademark and has been granted a one-month extension to file documents relating to their challenge.
It comes as Brooklyn and his wife Nicola, have been engulfed in an escalating family rift, with parents David and Victoria believed to be concerned about the influence the billionaire heiress has over their eldest son.
On Tuesday it was reported that the star has deepened the rift by splashing out £11 million on a new mansion in LA, further cutting ties with his life in the UK.
The Sun reported that Brooklyn and Nicola have exchanged on a £10.5 million property in Hollywood, having previously rented in the area.
The couple’s new property boasts five bedrooms and six bathrooms, as well as a state-of-the-art home cinema, gym and infinity pool.
Sources have claimed that this means little chance of Brooklyn returning to the UK, and reuniting with his parents, anytime soon.
They told the publication: ‘Brooklyn’s wife is American, as are her family whom he adores, and he feels his life now is Stateside.
‘As an influencer he can work from anywhere but Brooklyn believes he has more opportunities in LA. It will be a dagger to the heart for his parents.
‘Until now, the couple have always been renting so there was hope his relocation wouldn’t be permanent. This house purchase quashes any last hopes.’
It comes after Brooklyn appeared to fail to publicly acknowledge Father’s Day, despite his parents publicly reaching out.
He shared pictures of Victoria and their four children Brooklyn, 26, Romeo, 22, Cruz, 20, and Harper, 13, laughing and looking cheery in happier times.
Subtly reaching out to his eldest son, David insisted he will always be around to support all his children, even if times get tough.
He wrote: ‘My most important & favourite job in life is being a dad… I’m so proud of all of you and like daddy ( sorry boys ) tells you every single day I will always be here for you no matter what…
‘Mummy thank you for doing the most important part and making me a father there is no greater gift in life than making me a dad… Happy Father’s Day… I love you kiddies more than you could imagine.. @victoriabeckham @brooklynpeltzbeckham @romeobeckham @cruzbeckham #HarperSeven @tedbeckhamdavid.’
David continued marking the day by sharing throwback snaps of his children to his Instagram Stories, including Brooklyn, and tagged him in each individual capture.

Brooklyn’s brother Romeo’s ex-girlfriend Kim Turnbull had been at the centre of the row after Nicola reportedly claimed that she felt uncomfortable around her, with sources close to the US heiress saying that Kim had dated Brooklyn when they were teenagers, which she has now denied in a statement.
Sharing a statement on her Instagram page on Monday, Kim said: ‘I’ve avoided speaking on this topic to prevent adding fuel to the fire, however it’s come to a point where I feel the need to address it so I can move on.
‘I will not continue to receive harassment or be embarrassed on the basis of lies, to fit a certain narrative.
‘I have never been romantically involved in ANY capacity at ANY point with the person in question.
‘Nothing between us has occurred further than a school friendship at age 16. I would like to remove myself from the ongoing conversation & set the record straight for the sake of everyone involved.’
Things came to a head when Brooklyn and Nicola were no shows at any of David’s 50th birthday celebrations last month, with The Mail revealing that Kim has been made the ‘scapegoat’ in the feud.
