CRISTIANO RONALDO and the rest of the Al-Nassr squad put together a warm welcome for Sadio Mane with a cake after his return from a triumphant Africa Cup of Nations with Senegal.
The Lions of Teranga won their second Afcon title after an extremely dramatic and controversial final against hosts Morocco in Rabat on Sunday.
Mane, 33, led the Senegalese national team to a 1-0 victory on extra-time thanks to Pape Gueye’s winner in the 94th minute.
This came after Morocco were awarded a questionable penalty in the dying minutes of regular time that made Pape Thiaw’s men walk out of the pitch.
But the Liverpool legend called them back out after a whole 17 minutes of chaos that allowed the intense final to restart.
That led to Real Madrid ace Brahim Diaz completely fumbling a Panenka shot that sent the ball straight to ex-Chelsea goalkeeper Edouard Mendy who didn’t have to move a muscle.
The Al-Nassr star returned to Saudi Arabia on Friday to link back with Jorge Jesus’ men.
And the forward received a warm welcome committee from all of his team-mates.
Cameras showed him hugging the rest of the Al-Nassr team before they all gathered for a cake that was presented to him by captain Ronaldo, 40.
The cake showed the ex-Southampton star holding the Afcon trophy and celebrating with his team-mates in Morocco.

The Senegal international took a bite and was cheered by his Al-Nassr team-mates.
Mane then exclaimed: “Thank you, guys.”
The winger then spoke to the club’s camera and declared he is now focused on the rest of the Saudi Pro League season.
Mane said: “Thank you guys, I’m really happy for the present. I didn’t expect this. That showed a warm welcome and I’m really really happy about it. I’m looking forward to the rest of the season.”
