Cops release CCTV after woman ‘sexually assaulted’ by man on board London Underground train during rush hour

A WOMAN was allegedly sexually assaulted on a London Underground train during rush hour.

Police have released a CCTV image of a man they wish to speak to following the incident last week.

The alleged attack occurred at around 9am on November 11 on a train from Slough to Tottenham Court Road.

British Transport Police said: “A woman was standing in a busy carriage when she was sexually assaulted by a man stood behind her.

“He continued to assault her even when she tried to get away.

“Officers believe the man in the image could have information that may assist their enquiries.

“Anyone who recognises him should text BTP on 61016 or call 0800 40 50 40, using the reference 201 of 11 November.

“Information can be given anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
