Cops hunt man ‘stood with trousers round his ankles’ on side of busy road in broad daylight

POLICE have launched an appeal for information following an indecent exposure during rush hour on a busy carriageway.

A man in his mid to late 30s was seen exposing himself to traffic with his trousers round his ankles at around 9:30am on December 18.

The offender was on the side of Deer Park Road in Witney, Oxfordshire.

He is described as white, unshaven, with fair short hair and an average build.

Thames Valley Police are urging any witnesses to come forward with information.
