A BODY has tragically been found in the search for a missing woman who vanished days before Christmas.
Catherine Rishworth was last seen on the A20 in Dover at about 11.20am on Thursday.
The 55-year-old had also been spotted at Ashford International train station earlier in the morning.
Kent Police confirmed today the body of a woman was found at Samphire Hoe Country Park in Dover yesterday at 4pm.
A police spokesperson said: “Formal identification has not yet taken place.
“However, the family of a 55 year old woman from Ashford reported missing on Thursday, 11 December 2025 have been notified.”
“The death is not being treated as suspicious, and a report is being prepared for the coroner.”
