Chuck Norris’ family has been left furious over A.I. videos sharing ‘false’ information following the star’s death nearly two weeks earlier.
The late actor’s passing at age 86 on Thursday, March 19 was announced by his loved ones the following day – shortly after he suffered a medical emergency in Hawaii.
His family recently penned a message to Norris’ Instagram account on Wednesday to call out claims that are ‘untrue’ from the A.I. clips.
‘We are aware that since Chuck’s passing, there have been a number of AI-generated videos and posts circulating online that contain false and misleading information regarding the circumstances of his passing, his health history, and who was present.’
They added, ‘These claims are entirely untrue. This includes fabricated reports of past medical issues, as well as false narratives surrounding family relationships.’
His loved ones then asked fans to ‘not believe or share any information unless it comes directly from the Norris family or an official family representative.’

The post concluded with, ‘Thank you for your understanding and for continuing to keep our family in your thoughts and prayers.’
Norris’ family announced his death on March 20 in a statement to the late star’s Instagram account.
‘It is with heavy hearts that our family shares the sudden passing of our beloved Chuck Norris yesterday morning.’
They added, ‘While we would like to keep the circumstances private, please know that he was surrounded by his family and was at peace.’
His loved ones reflected on how he was ‘a devoted husband, a loving father and grandfather, an incredible brother, and the heart of our family.’
They emotionally shared that their ‘hearts are broken’ but are ‘grateful for the life he lived and for the unforgettable moments we were blessed to share with him.’
Tributes flooded in from fans and celebrities as the news of his shock passing came to light.
Sylvester Stallone, Dolph Lundgren, Priscilla Presley and Jean-Claude Van Damme were just some of the stars who also remembered Norris’ life and legacy.

President Donald Trump reacted to the news of his death at the White House, calling the actor ‘a tough cookie’ and ‘a great guy.’
Norris’ twins Dakota and Danilee, 24, also shared emotional posts to remember their ‘amazing’ father.
He welcomed his two youngest children with wife Gena O’Kelley.
He is also survived by sons Mike, 63, and Eric, 60, whom he welcomed with first wife Diane Holechek. Later in life, he learned he had a daughter Dina, 61, from a previous relationship.
Dakota had called Norris ‘the greatest father God could have ever given me and the finest man I’ve ever known’ in his moving tribute.
He also expressed that he is ‘so proud’ to be his son before reflecting on the memories they were able to make together.
‘Thank you for everything you gave to our family and for the example you set every day. I hope I can live a life that honors you and makes you proud. I love you, Dad. I’ll miss you forever.’
Danilee added in a separate Instagram post that ‘losing a parent is something that you are never prepared for.’

She then reflected on her ‘sweet dad’ and ‘the amazing man he is.’
Danilee expressed how grateful she is to have Norris as her father and promised to ‘carry on his legacy and shower others in that compassion that he so frequently showed.’
She later said that her father’s love for her ‘made me learn to love myself.
‘I promise I will always and forever try to make you proud even if you already reminded me every day that it was impossible not to. I love you forever. Love your little girl, Danilee.’
Norris’ final Instagram video was uploaded just days before his death on March 10 – which was also his 86th birthday.
The martial artist could be seen boxing outside during a workout and told his followers in the caption, ‘I don’t age. I level up!’
He added, ‘I’m 86 today! Nothing like some playful action on a sunny day to make you feel young. I’m grateful for another year, good health and the chance to keep doing what I love.
