Boxing chief Turki Alalshikh suggested a rematch could take place in September at the same venue

Boxing fans were fully aware there was bound to be a rematch as the two fighters agreed to a clause before the bout.

And now Saudi boxing chief Turki Alalshikh suggested the highly-anticipated rematch could take place in just five months at the same venue.

Alalshikh said: “If they’re not injured and ready, we want the rematch in late September at Tottenham.

“The British fans were amazing, and I thank them.”

Benn is determined to get another chance against Eubank Jr, who handed him his first ever loss after winning all of his previous 23 fights.

The Destroyer wants “revenge” and knows he can “`finish” him next time they meet.

Benn said: “I want the revenge, I want my revenge. I think inactivity played a big part, I think it took me back.

“I had Eubank hurt multiple times but I couldn’t get the finish and I’ll make sure for next time that the finish is there.”
