THIS is the chilling moment a deranged creep exposes himself to a female traveller on a tuk-tuk and asks her for sex.
Molly, an influencer who was a solo trip to Sri Lanka, was left traumatised by the smiling local as she quickly sped away from him.
The New Zealander, who goes by molsgonewild online, shared the haunting interaction with the local man to highlight the dangers of travelling alone as a woman.
The footage shows Molly in the back of a tuk-tuk out in Sri Lanka as she is approached by an man in a helmet who has a huge grin on his face.
He waves at her as Molly believes he is a friendly local.
Within a few seconds he asks: “Have sex?”
A shocked Molly calmly responds: “Definitely not no.”
As she gets ready to escape the already uncomfortable situation the man decides to expose himself by pulling down his shorts.
He gestures towards Molly and again repeats: “Miss sex no?”
The sicko then begins to plead with her to stay with him as he also asked where she was staying.
Molly refuses to even respond as she quickly leaves the man who remains stood with his genitalia out.
As she drives off Molly exclaims: “What the f*** just happened?”
Molly bravely shared the video online to her thousands of followers.
Alongside the footage she wrote on Instagram: “I debated sharing this – but this is the reality of solo travel as a woman.
“During my solo tuk-tuk road trip across Sri Lanka, a man asked for sex and exposed himself to me.
“It was one of those moments that shakes you a bit, even when you think you’re prepared for anything.”
After Molly left Sri Lanka she reported the man to the Tourism Police Department.
Within two days they said they were actively searching for the man after reviewing the footage.
“Within five days he had been arrested,” Molly confirmed.
Speaking to News.com.au, Molly said she has faced sexaul harrassement all over the world.
She said: “I exercise extra caution while travelling as a woman. I think you’d be an idiot not to.
“I always have a pocket knife on me, and I’m very aware of my surroundings – Unfortunately, this is the reality for women.
“I’m always quietly suspicious of my interactions with men.
“Even though many of them are nice, you always have the thought in the back of your head saying: ‘does he want something else from me?’”
