Late support for Hendo
Well it’s not quite gone to plan for Nicky Henderson, has it?
But Jeriko Du Reponet is seeing all the late support and is now FAVOURITE for this one.
After the disappointment in Constitution Hill and Jonbon, Hendo told Unibet: “He looked like he appreciated the step up to three miles at Exeter last time, and, while at the start of the season we weren’t expecting to be running in the Pertemps, we have found ourselves here, and he is still very unexposed.
“He has come on a lot for his latest effort, and the cheek pieces might just help him concentrate. There could still be room for manoeuvre off his handicap mark.”
Templegate Tip Time! 🚨
FEET OF A DANCER can give trainer Paul Nolan a second Pertemps Final victory in the past five years.
This six-year-old comes here on the back of an excellent third in a big-field qualifier for this race at Christmas.
That was the race his 2021 winner took in on the way to Cheltenham and this six-year-old saw out three miles really well on his first crack at the trip.
