ENZO MARESCA was spotted “scratching balls” on live TV as Chelsea took on Tottenham in the Premier League.
The Blues boss was on the touchline for the match in North London, but clearly had some irritation below the belt.
Maresca, 45, had ventured off his seat in the dugout to pass on some instructions to his stars on the pitch.
He then took a step back to watch the match play out and stuck his hands in his pockets.
But eagle eye fans spotted one of his hands start quickly scratching his never region.
Fans were left stunned as they reacted on social media.
One posted: “Maresca you tried to hide it!”
A second wrote: “Did we have to see Maresca scratch his balls?”
A third commented: “Maresca always have itchy balls.”
A fourth said: “Maresca needs to stop scratching his balls every time he is on camera.”

Another added: “Oh no Maresca.”
It is not the first time a manager has been caught with an itch while on the sidelines.
Former Germany manager Joachim Low was infamously caught scratching himself.
The incident happened during Germany’s win over Ukraine in the Euro 2016 opening game.
He was caught on TV cameras causing a stir among fans and later apologised.
He said: “I saw the pictures as well and obviously, sometimes you do things subconsciously. It happened and I am sorry.
“It was adrenaline and concentration. I will try to behave differently in the future.”
Even Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola was caught having an odd moment.
During the Cityzens’ victory over Tottenham in May 2024, Erling Haaland netted a brace.
The striker’s goals seemed to please the Spaniard as he could be seen with his hand rubbing his groin after TV cameras panned to the technical area.
