CHELSEA icon Thiago Silva has rolled back the years – by scoring a sensational scissor-kick winner aged FORTY ONE.
The Brazil defender won the 2021 Champions League with the Blues, as well as the UEFA Super Cup and Club World Cup.
Silva spent four years at Stamford Bridge, making 155 appearances and scoring nine goals.
He returned home last year to rejoin former club Fluminense and captains the Rio de Janeiro side.
They hosted Juventude in a Serie A clash on Thursday night and struggled to break down their lowly opponents.
But former Paris Saint-Germain star Silva sent the Maracana Stadium wild eight minutes into added time.
The centre-back launched himself into mid-air, meeting a cross with an acrobatic finish to give Fluminense a 1-0 win.
Silva, nicknamed The Monster, collected the player of the match award.
He said: “When I decided to rejoin Fluminense it was with the intention to help them.
“By contributing both on and off the pitch – but not necessarily by scoring goals.”

Fluminense voiced their ecstatic reaction on social media.
They raved: “Fluminense FC keep going to the end! It was how it was meant to be, captain!
“I love you, Thiago Silva!”
Silva previously played for AC Milan, winning a Serie A title with the Italian giants.
He went on to spend eight years with PSG, lifting a staggering 23 trophies including seven Ligue 1 titles.
