CHARLOTTE Church has called on gardeners to work on her retreat in exchange for food and boarding after blowing her £25m fortune.
The Welsh singer, 39, bought the grand Rhydoldog House in 2021 for £1.5million, and ploughed cash into turning the home into a nature-based health and wellbeing retreat.
The seven-bedroom mansion – which she renamed The Dreaming – has three storeys, a helicopter landing area and a 200-year-old barn located on its 47 acres.
She described the “inspiring wellness project” as “one of the biggest, riskiest and potentially most rewarding challenges” she’s ever faced.
And she’s now made a very interesting offer to one lucky fan.
Charlotte said she will offer free accommodation and food for six months in exchange for a gardener to work at the retreat.

Sharing a video of her sitting in a woodlands, Charlotte said the right person would be “physically capable and adaptable”.
The opera singer said: “Hello my loves, Charlotte here with a little call out from The Dreaming.
“We are looking for someone wonderful to join out garden and maintenance work exchange team.
“So you’ll be working alongside our amazing head gardener Sarah and helping our team care for our edible landscapes and our ornamental gardens.
“And we are nestled 47 acres of ancient woodland, forestry – total delightful beauty.”
Charlotte said it wasn’t just a job, but also an opportunity to embrace the wilderness.
She went on: ‘I suppose this is an opportunity to sort of come have the experience of what it feels like to live in community, what it feels like to live in really close symbiotic connection with nature.
‘We’re looking for someone who’s physically capable, who’s adaptable and who’s really up for getting stuck in.
“So if this calls to you, we have opportunities for people to stay from either six weeks to up to six months, your food and your accommodation are included.”
Charlotte added: “So if you’re feeling a call to the land then please drop us a message and we can send you over all of the info. Sending you and yours much love in these times.”
The retreat offers guests wellbeing activities including foraging, mythic storytelling, star-gazing, cold water immersion, den building and herbalism.
In recent years, Charlotte revealed she’s “no longer a millionaire” and has downsized from her £1.5million mansion to a semi-detached home.
The classical singer – who once performed for the Pope – made £1million profit from selling off six-bed property The Spinney, in 2024.
The house sale followed Charlotte hitting several snags while transforming The Dreaming – former home of Laura Ashley – into her hippie wellness retreat.
She admitted she had sunk “pretty much” her entire life savings into the eco-project property, which she bought in 2021 for £1.5million and previously said she faced going “broke” due to the renovation costs.
The retreat officially opened in 2023 after years of backlash including stalled planning applications, battles with eco-warriors over how she intended to dispose of waste from the site and other building problems.
Earlier this year, it was revealed that Charlotte had joined the star-studded line-up for The Traitors celebrity spin-off.
She will star alongside talk show host Jonathan Ross, 64, comedian Alan Carr, 48, singer Paloma Faith, 43, QI legend Stephen Fry, 67 and many more famous faces.
Signing up to Celebrity Traitors is a step back into the public eye for the Welsh star Charlotte, who had stepped out of the limelight to open up a wellness retreat close to where she was brought up.
