The Oscar-winning star was with her young daughters Jackson and August while on a white sand beach in Hawaii on Saturday afternoon.
The 50-year-old thespian was pictured enjoying the ocean while in a canary yellow bikini which consisted of a strapless top that gathered in front and hip-hugging briefs.
She often pulled her top up to make sure she did not have a bathing suit malfunction.
The native of South Africa wore her white blonde hair short while she was makeup free as she added chic brown sunglasses and a gold bangle bracelet.
After taking a dip in the ocean, the ex-girlfriend of Sean Penn added a black minidress to cover her body as she sat on a lounge chair with her children.

Theron has two daughters, Jackson and August.
Her eldest daughter Jackson was adopted in 2012 and is believed to be around 14 years old.

‘I’ve got two, I have to say, incredibly empathetic kids. And they see the issues that we face here in LA.
‘They hear me talk about the issues facing South Africa. They do have an affinity for South Africa, because I’m from there. But I do think that they’re good people.
‘I think we were kind of working in the world of HIV. It’s where we started — HIV and AIDS prevention. And it’s evolved over the years.
‘But when the pandemic happened, we really had to pivot. And we didn’t know if we were going to be able to do that.’
The Dior model also said, ‘And I think it was a great moment for us as an organization. Because we realized that we can.
‘And that’s what we’re doing right now. Just given the environment, climate… we have to pivot, and we have to do it seriously.’

She shared: ‘I was picking up my youngest from dance yesterday and we drove past the new Mission: Impossible poster where Tom Cruise is hanging onto some yellow plane, and he just looks really cool.

‘My kids were with me when I shot Old Guard 2 and I worked on this incredibly intricate sequence where we brought in this amazing helicopter pilot, Fred North, and we were gonna choreograph this incredible me fighting helicopters and jumping on this real helicopter and hanging off. Shooting 99 percent of it on a real helicopter as it’s trying to shake me off like a rag doll.
‘We took like two weeks to shoot this sequence and I was like, ‘Wow, I just did that, that’s really amazing.’ And my child yesterday just looked at this poster of Tom Cruise and went, ‘It’s weird, he looks so much cooler than you did when you were hanging off the helicopter.’
‘I was just like, ‘I hung off the helicopter, [can I have] some credit?’
Also in June of last year, the acting dynamo said she was on the celebrity dating app Raya, but added it hasn’t helped her to find love.
The Mad Max: Fury Road star was introduced to the app by a friend, but she said she has not had a great experience on Raya so far.
During an appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Theron shared: ‘I am [on Raya, but] I don’t do anything with it.
‘A friend put me on it, I went on two dates and then I kind of … it’s like, every guy has a Burning Man picture, and they’re a CEO of like, nothing. Or like a fitness … Then you meet with them and they’re not [a CEO]. They just say it up front. Well, why did you put that on your thing?! No, I don’t like it.’
